I just wanted to thank people here at xda for putting a lot of hours on making custom roms. I have tried many of them and I have to say they made my phone run a lot smoother. It is exciting to visit here find out a new rom is available to try.

Theme Requests!

Ok guys; got my Epic 4G about 5 days ago and am loving it. Now that I've played around with it, I want to start theming for it as I did for the hero, and was wondering what is "lacking" in terms of theming/support. Any development requests for me can go here, and I'll see what you guys think I should start on first. Any theme ideas or requests, post them here and I'll see what I can do

knock us out, just make sure it works with the bonsai rom ;-)

i'm sure that we will be very happy with you joining the epic family, welcome.

Finally, we need more themers. Look in the themes/apps section, there are a few port requests in there that haven't gotten taken care of yet. Welcome to the community, don't be discouraged by the massive amount of noobs on the Epic forums lol.

Well it's not really help, more a collaborative theme I was referring to

hay impaler can i pm you i have a HTC BEE which i just rooted that is not supposed to come out till january. but i cant find a recovery img for it. i think im the 1st to root this phone.

I'm down. I can user my name on another theme . I'm working on a 2 themes right now. slapping a theme on the new market. trying to figure oyt the nexys s screen off animation all at the same time of working on my theme and helping others lol

[Q] How do I change provider name on lock screen.

Can anyone give me pointers on what I should use or do to change the name of my phone provider that shows up on the basic lock screen? Sprint for instance? I know certain theme-rs do this. Emotionless Beast is an example of what I'm talking about. Any thoughts?

Gotta love people who use the old "the search button is your friend" line instead of offering help. You would think someone who has been on this site since 2007 such as I would know how to use a search function, would you not? I mean come on man.
Does anyone have any key words they might suggest searching for since everything I have searched for is bringing up nothing. Thanks again (all who are helpful anyway)

Hey man thanks greatly for the link to the answer to my original question but more importantly for shedding some light on how to search for the "threads started by X user" info. Greatly appreciated. I'll utilize the hell out of that in the future. Also thank you for being so humble and so helpful.

Would anyone happen to have that ROM, "Royal Liquid" laying around? Looks like a pretty sweet rom, would like to run it and see how things go.

You commented in it, asking for someone to upload the ROM. When it's uploaded, it will be put in the dev section in the thread dedicated to the ROM.

He's just trying to make sure you got the point. Just because you put "k? Thanks" doesn't make you smarter or a better person, it just makes you seem snooty. And god knows we have enough snooty people on here.
Just use the thread on the dev section first next time. There is no need to start a whole new thread about something that's already been addressed. And don't be a jerk about stuff.

Yes and yes. There was a post about it on the apps section. Worked fine, then I uninstalled it. Wasn't my cup of tea, but the new FB app seems a bit more stable, which I am still using.
