Hey all, really amazed how fast Android is moving now on our HD2s. Any one hear about the possibility of the Multi touch keyboard from the Droid 2 getting ported over? I've read that they're starting to get it for the Droid X & Incredible, so thought I'd ask. I use Swype religiously and I'm really happy with it, but I'm kinda intrigued with the multi touch idea since the main reason I don't like a stock keyboard is that they're never fast enough for me and this is supposed to solve that. Any ideas?
Search the development thread I remember seeing something there a couple days ago..... It had to be pushed though..

Before any flaming happens ive searched the forums for about an hour and still no success. I really like the motorola droid 2's multi-touch keyboard. I searched and found some apk's for the keyboard but they dont work--i get forcloses. Maybe its not compatible with gingerbread? Im running mdeejays gingerbread. Can anyone post a link to a working keyboard, or maybe even make it compatible for gingerbread? Thank You.
Can anyone give me the flashable gingerbread keyboard with working text prediction for a Droid 1 running CM6.1.2? Also if anyone has the newest version of the Android Market that works on a froyo Droid on CM6.1.2 I'd really appreciate it. All the links I've found are dead and 7.0.3 isn't reliable enough for me to use.

Sense keyboard is proprietary and would require a direct port unless it could be found in the Google Play Store. Have you tried other keyboards like Swiftkey or some other keyboards. They tend to work out quite well in general and should thus pursued if you have the monetary funds to do so.
