I don`t wanna backup my contacts and my sms ( especially that ) on phone but i want to have all this data on a personal account, just like MMP service.

Does anyone know how sms messages are stored on the Qtek-9100 ? Although I have a backup-tool I want to save them separately. Wat I realy want is manage my sms messages the same way as my e-mail, so is there a sync option with MS Outlook or an other programm ? With my Nokia 3110 (??) I could save my messages on my pc with the Nokia managertool, something like this must be possible with my Qtek I suppose.
I dont want to make snycronize my mobile when I contact my ppc to my pc, what shoul I do ? Bcs everytime after sync. I couldnt see my msn contacts when I am online from ppc.I can be online from messanger but I see all contacts offline even they are online! I can fix it when I switch with the other account but when I contact my pps to my pc, it happens again !!! Also I am using my business contacts at my pc outlook and I dont want all these contact to my ppc, so pls help me, how can I cancel sync. when I connected my ppc to my coputer ??? thanks !!!

I have a HTC P3600i and I need to give it in for some servicing.. So I want to transfer all my phone book / SMS / etc.. to my Nokia 6630
How can I do that safetly so that when i get my PDA back I can re transfer..
I dont use outlook to sync contacts with my PDA..
can some1 suggest urgently

hey guys seems that you guys on this board are a bit more smart than me,
so i have following problem with my xperia..
i just want to add a new email account, to my wm outlook..
with googlemail there is no problem, the device check the recource directly from the internet (pop server settings) and make then a new category in Messaging Section.. it looks like this then:
SMS \ MMS
Outlook-E-Mail
Google Mail (my gmail email)
E-Mail Setup (new account, press here)
but now if i want to add my live email account ***@live.de
then it dont get correctly a new category, and even it dont works..
there is a sync problem i think, cuz of wrong settings..
how i can fix this problem ?
to explain again , i just want to run, my ***@live.de email account on my xperia over outlook (not web browser)

nobody k knows
its just part of the windows live setup on your phone. should be a standard installed component, and partners your device with your live ID, and adds your WLM account to outlook.

I've installed Jeyo Mobile on my computer in order to manage my SMS.
I've seen there that the tools has also others possibilities : adress book, call missed,...
That's how I've found the "problems". I find new contacts in my address book that I don't have added.
In fact, I have new contacts with only the adress mail, no name and sometimes the call numbers...
When I try to analyse where it comes from, I think that it's th synchronisation between the HTC and Hotmail.
Has someone experienced the same thing?
Do you know if it it is possible to disable this option? And how ?!?

Not seen this kind of behaviour before, sure they're not coming from Outlook?

Yes, when u log in on msn u have a option that says - ADD MY CONTACTS TO THE PHONEBOOK - u must have ticked it. Solution is - go to windows live and disable ur account and log as a new account - when it ask u if u want to add them to ur phone book just UNtick that option.
If u've also syncronized from outlook then they'd also be added.
Note that if u delete windows live contacts from the phonebook u'll be deleting them from windows live itself! Do this and when u log msn u'll have 0 contacts - happened to me - live and learn hope i was of any help
