Hi to all, My question is is their a way to send a message when texting by pressing a key or enter ? I use a bluetooth keyboard and would like to just press enter to send my text message. Instead of having to touch the icon on screen .

Did anyone find a trick to ask for confirmation before sending a SMS ?
While I am in landscape the send button is too close to the keyboard, and it happens that I press send instead of a key.
So my SMS is uncomplete.

i have a big problem....
my touch hd can't receive & display incoming text messages....incoming text messages just receive&appear when i touch power button to wake up screen my device...
so incoming text messages can,t receive real time...my text mesage can receive&display just i touch power button to wake up my screen..
i try hard reset my device but this is not solve my problem....
sory my engllish very bad......please help me?
note:i use original rom from HTC asia
Have you enable the "Waking Up The Touch HD For New SMS" registry tweak?
if not, try installing "HD Tweak" and set it...see if this solve your problem...

on my HD2 calling directly from text messages does not work. If I get a text from someone in my phone book and then press the talk/call button I get taken to the phone but that persons number is not automatically entered.
help??
interestingly if I go straight from the tab on the sense home page then it works, but if I am viewing the message on the same screen that I type a reply on, then it does not work..is this the default behavior?

I was wondering if someone can edit phone.apk and add/replace a button with a SMS button, so whenever you want to send a message to someone, you enter the phone app, type his name (smart typing), press the SMS button and it opens to u the SMS application with the recepient as the user you typed.
Is this achievable?

Not too sure weather it will work for specific apps but in message click on the three dots and go to settings then find soft key and change to enter key
