only simple question. Is the connector pinnout same on XDA and XDA2 ?
I have XDA2 and found connector pinout at http://www.xda-developers.com/connectors/, but it's for XDA not XDA2. Is the same?
I want to modify GPS cable for iPaq 38xx to connect my XDA2

no most of the pins are the same but only a few are not but only car audio/on things are different or somthing
I am developping a program that use serial port to connect a device.
That device use 2 wire communication (only RX and TX) so i set
2020i Serial in order to disable hardware handshake and modem
controls (CTS, RTS, DTR and DSR). But it doesn't works!!!
I investigated and i found that 2020i uses Standard UART port
(Address 0x4070000). Datasheet of pxa270 says that Standard UART
doesn't manage modem control, so why my 2020i needs it? Is there
some other hardware that controls serial port inside? How could i
disable hardware handshake?
And last, had someone connected a GPS receiver using serial port of
2020i?
I know that perhaps it is a too tech topics, but if someone can help me...

Anyone know how to add an RS-232 serial port to the Kaiser? I need it for many things. I have read that the 8125 and the 8525 have had serial adapters that plug into the MINI-USB adapter on the phone and HTC told me that if I could find one it would work. Unfortunately it is impossible to find. Any ideas on where to look?
just I want asking if there is support in riff jtag for htc surround !!!!

I tried to find jtag pins with riff box i/o pins detection, but found nothing, or a riff box can't find pins or this phone has not support jtag.
