[REQ] - How to Update the Manila Version

Hi,
Sorry but i've not found an answer of my dubt....
It's possible to update the Manila in my Diamod?
I've the Original HTC ROM 1.93.408.3 ITA and TouchFLO 3D 1.1.34571.0_1630.38...
I'd like to UPDATE my Manila... I've seen for example the Version 1.2.34591.1.1813.6....
If it's possible can someone help me in Upgrading the Manila version....???

this will replace all manila files in your phone... so it will become standard theme...
correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is version 1.2.35348.2_1813.6
but, I don't think this is the best way to update your TF3D...
This will take up space on your phone,
and if you should use any custom manila or themes and decide to remove them... you will go back to the manila's from your ROM.
So I think the best way to update your TF3D is to upgrade to a new ROM...

I currently have this version of TouchFlo 3d as what I can see in the settings tab.
Version: TouchFlow 3D 1.2.35845.1 1_1813.6 CFC
Can I use the downloaded version to update my TF3D sir?
Will I just install the cab file directly without any other settings needed?

This theme is also working with TF3D1
Download the tha .cab, stop the TF3D, instal the cab and restart the TF3D

[Problem] No sms Notifications :(

With the last OOObe Rom packages on my HTC LEO ( HD2) , i have a little problem :
No notifications when i receive a sms.
Have you an idea please for this problem ?

I remember having this problem when I started out...dont really recall but I think I had included the bronze* and chome sys packages in the build....

You need those in a 6.5 ROM though... Maybe not the "bronze" CPR's but you definitely should not take out Chome.

My Windows Build is OK
The problem appear tyo comes form the HTC_Messaging 1.8 client
With the 1.5 client, there is no problem
Any idea ?

I have both CHome* and Bronze* packages removed and HTC_Messaging_Client v1.8 and I get notifications when receiving a SMS. What version of the Notifications package are you using? Also, what version of the 1.8 client are you using, and are you cooking with Manila (and any other mods on top of it)?

If 1.5 messaging client is working ok and 1.8 isn't why don't you compair registry of both app.reg in the packages?
Btw Pyrorob is making awsom messaging client modification, just a suggestion.

Another small tip.
If you know how to disable sms send notification you probably also know how to enable.
Have a look in the sticky Solved cases under 'E-Mail:/SMS:'.

[Help Cooking] Changing Sense Walpapper

Hello my friend,
As standard, Sense use as défault background the black wallpapper.
I would like to set the default walpapper as this one, included already in Sense :
I can rename this jpg file as HomeBackGround.img and installis wallpaper by a cab at the first boot with RunCC,but, the problem is that it will be possible tu uninstall this cab. I don't wan't it !
I would like to modify Sense in order to have this picture by default.
Anyone have a tips for this ?

Do you want for just Home background or all the tab?
Try HDWall.

Do you have Co0kies Home Tab installed? If so you will have to add a couple extra reg entries. Just let me know and I can post them for you

s if you use cookie home tab set ur wallpaper then do a regedit and add it i ur kitchen ..
for your information u have to set ur wallpaper in cookie all tabs or home wallpaper only and save ............. HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila and HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila key and add it in ur kitchen

Guess, there's missing 2330fc3c_manila in your kittchen.

What ROM did you get your weather tab from and what version sense are you cooking?
If your weather tab and core are 0804, then you'll need an 0409 weather file, the manila file icke talks about
