[REQ] - How to Update the Manila Version

Hi,
Sorry but i've not found an answer of my dubt....
It's possible to update the Manila in my Diamod?
I've the Original HTC ROM 1.93.408.3 ITA and TouchFLO 3D 1.1.34571.0_1630.38...
I'd like to UPDATE my Manila... I've seen for example the Version 1.2.34591.1.1813.6....
If it's possible can someone help me in Upgrading the Manila version....???

this will replace all manila files in your phone... so it will become standard theme...
correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is version 1.2.35348.2_1813.6
but, I don't think this is the best way to update your TF3D...
This will take up space on your phone,
and if you should use any custom manila or themes and decide to remove them... you will go back to the manila's from your ROM.
So I think the best way to update your TF3D is to upgrade to a new ROM...

In this case even search DOES NOT work. What the OP is looking for, or in my case, waiting for, is a new version that works with the newest version of htc's manila.

I'm on Energy ROM Leo (31/12/09).
I'm still trying to get the 16 or 20 shortcuts to work too. Have tried:
1) jaguaralani's,
2) vovicheks_jamrecord's,
3) pewter_2.5's,
4) Dusk Manila's &
5) grzegorz's
12/16/20 shortcut cabs but none worked so far. Anyone had any luck?

I want to try a small mod for the hd2 but can't find the manila files of the messages tab for my hd2, can some one send e the manila files or some advices on how to find them? i'm new in this stuff.

Here are all the manila files re messaging, which one of them you need I have no idea of, they are from the Manila_Message_2_5_19201731_0

[SOLVED]How to use Manila OBOE

Hello to all I have cooked a rom with Manila 2016 now I want to use the Manila core 2017 ...before I always replace the oem folders and some other dependies ...but manila 2017 had different layout with rss reader etc..;but i have seened some cook used manila 2017 with normal layout ...so how to use manila core 2017 with normal manila laout....will anyone please help me if u have any solution Thanks to all...

Use manila.home from 2016 or if you really want to use home from 2018, you can edit the mode9 and lua manila files to remove it (probably more work than it's worth ). You can also use Cookie's Home Tab with 2018 which I think will remove the rss feed since that mod uses files from pre-2018 sense.

Here's the last Max Manila released. After this is MaxSense which there is a cab for now. I've attached Max Manila cab and EXT.
Oh, sorry I cook for TP2 (WVGA). I'm not sure if they'll work for an HD2.

tenk you .. but i have tryed but its dosnot work on hd 2 build

HD2 is WVGA right? I don't see why it wouldn't work. I've cooked that EXT package in my WVGA kitchen and it works fine. Are you sure there is nothing else wrong?

Max manila does not work for 2017, 2018 & 2019 version. I think it works for 2016 version if I remember correct.

Has anyone ever modded Sense/Manila with all the tabs enabled?
I am getting an HTC Leo (1024 Tmo) and I would like to have Sense/Manila with all the tabs enabled.
I did this for manila 2.0 for my QVGA (Tmo Wing) by enabling the tabs in the HTCHome xml and adding the correct images, etc...
But when I was unpackaging the latest Leo image I see that all the manila files are labled "0b1b17c3_manila."
And I don't see an xml file to edit.

I'm a bit confused as to what you're asking. If you're talking about simply cooking in the regedits for enablement/disablement of tabs on boot up, then it's:

Yes. Thank you. That is what I was looking for. To be honest I didn't know about the registry values. I only know what I did use from cooking for QVGA devices.

Can you point me in the right direction (link-wise) to cook Sense into my ROMs?
My ultimate goal would be to have the latest Sense version with all the tabs enabled for my HD2 (1024).
