I uninstalled many apps through titanium backup. But whenever I go to settings>applications>manage applications the leftovers are there but when I press on them it says app not found but the name is still there. Anyway to get rid of it?

I went little bit too far and pressed CLEAR DATA on my phone Market App.
Now when I go to Market, Downloads tab it shows only Apps I bought but the free Apps I downloaded from Market aren't there.
Some of them I know to be have newer versions already.
Is there a way to fix the 'connections' for those apps to the market without reinstalling/updating them?
EDIT: found it, just need to install any apps and all seems restored
You can restore a market link udong titanium backup, even when.you did not backup the link before..

I recently just rooted and I'm ready to flash my first ROM, but if, rather not lose all my apps. With titanium backup will I have to back up my apps, individually or is there somewhere I can do that at?
Thanks again

You can run a batch with options to backup just user data, apps, system data or all of the above or each program by itself.

I've installed the titanium backup app and noticed that is boots itself with the phone. After killing it, the app eventually re-opens itself! Is this normal, is there a way to prevent this from happening? Or would it be best to uninstall it and simply reinstall it whenever I need to use it?

Are you talking about clockwork recovery?
No, I mean titanium backup. I wasn't able to see that it was running using advanced task killer, but I could see that it was running using android assistant (it seems to show more processes). I've just assume uninstall it until I need it. I don't see any reason to have it running int he background constantly consuming ram when it is not needed.
I have the regular version of Titanium Backup, and after I install the new ROM and want to reload my apps, I click on batch and click the apps i want to restore, but it asks me to install on each app. Does the pro version bypass this?
No i don't think it does bypass it... with the pro version the big thing you're able to do is freeze apps....

After I tried to restore data using titanium the Google chrome app disappeared. I tried it again and titanium freezes when trying to restore data and the apk. I tried downloading from play for and it keeps saying there no storage available. Also it was install as a system apk.
