the "UPS Mobile" app is only avaible from USA, in my desire market the "ups mobile" are not shown. Can anyone share this free app for my ?

I've been searching but haven't really found an answer. One of the things missing from my Android setup over my old WM setup is the ability to send SMS via my voip provider (Voipcheap, betamax)
I used an XDA app called VoipSMS on WM to achieve this. I've installed something that looks ideal called "multiprovider sms" for Android but unfortunately it only has 2 providers to choose from.
Is there anything out there that can be set up for the major providers?
To re-iterate - I'm looking to send SMS over Voip which is ideal for cheap long-distance texting.

Um, Google Voice? I'm not familiar with VoipSMS, but it should be similar to what you're looking for based on what you described.

try the app whozzat from the market.its the best there is till now.100 free sms per day and each one can be 480 characters long.and the best part is that there are no ads or no indications that it is sent from somewhere else.tell me if you like it
