A simple search of htc_ime in the "Vibrant Themes and apps" forum yields this thread:

yeah i been using it for the last couple of days.. i forgot the post but i'm sure someone will post it up soon..
Not sure why anyone would prefer HTC's IME over SmartKeyboard Pro, but shouldn't this be in Apps & Themes instead of dev?
Also, isn't posting proprietary programs considered warez? If someone was asking for a HDPI port of HTC_IME for another HTC Sense device, or asking for HTC_CIME for a US Sense phone, I could understand, but HTC_IME for Samsung? Really? Mods?

I would love to have the Hero icons as tab icons in Tochflo 2.1. If I provide the icons, can someone make a .CAB file to install these? I’m sure lots of us would like to have these on our phones…

I have a question and I don't know if its already possible...
Anyone knows if its possible install Sense UI and HTC aplications in CyanogenMod 5.0.7 or in other Roms?
I know that HTC and Google have some problems to have some guys like CM that make roms better than them and dont let it use Sense and others aplicattions on cocked roms...
If you want to use SenseUI, I suggest you give sanpei's legend rom a try, look the post here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=642125
it's great and smooth, but may a little slower than cm ports because HTC Sense uses more ram space!

FINE! The answer is NO! HTC Sense UI requires a totally different framework and drivers. Cyanogen has explained this DOZENS (if not HUNDREDS) of times. He even said "If you want Hero, then get Hero." when he was referring to the HTC Music app in his roms.
So... again. The answer is NO.

Unfortunately I don't know what ROM that is, but I'm sure someone here will come up with the answer.
And just a heads up (not to pick on but to inform) please post future question threads like these in the General forum. The Development forum is for specifically discussing development. I know there are a lot of bad examples already but the more we can prevent the quicker that will change.
Judging by the title, you're asking because it appears to be HTC Sense UI. It unfortunately is not. It's just a "theme". You can tell by the lockscreen and the system info screen he calls up. It's Froyo build DJ29 (which is one of the Froyo build leaks on this forum). You can however achieve this look even on a stock Epic. The weather clock and some of the toggle widgets (vibrate, wifi, etc) are Beautiful Widgets from the market. The dock and calendar widget are part of LauncherPro, also from the market. Both apps have themes you can download that emulate that HTC Sense UI look. The live wallpaper is Nexus Revamped (you guessed it, from the market). Have fun with your new Epic!

Isn't this the section General for his phone relating to the Samsung Epic 4g?

Yes. You can install the launcher pro app and the beautiful widgets app and theme them. They do not require root to install/customize.

Doesn't look like it, though it could be a good initiative to attract more attention and get this ported.
I would love to help if somebody's up for it.
There's been plenty of attention about porting this already.
Besides having the notification widget on the bottom, and weird iPhone like settings, I don't get what makes this rom so special, and why everyone wants it so bad.

I have seen, that there is obviously a port for the Galaxy 3, which is also a MDPI device. So there might be a Chance to see it on our Magic in the near Future...

I suggest we take a look at the Galaxy 3 version and see if we can convert it to Magic =P
well i habe investigate a little bit more and i discover the resulution it's not the same .... so i thing is not gonna work ...
What resolution is it? 480x320? Magics can archieve that with LCD Density of 135.

The rom is working good in many ways: the sms, direct dialer and text are not working at all. The Honey Launcher is not allows to update from market.
After all this are fixed, the rom will be great!

It's not honeycomb, but honeycomb themed ROM based off of the various 4.5.91 rom modifications. it's in the dev forum.

Because he can't post in the Development forum. Plus, there's no reason why a discussion about a ROM can't take place in general atrix forum if he's not really contributing to the development of the ROM.
