Hi co-forumers!
Has anyone tried to install Flash 10.1 on their 2.1 rom?
I have found several sites, such as this which mention that it is possible, but it doesnt seem to work on my Galaxy S...
Anyone being successful with that?

Hi,
I rooted today and installed dark azure 9/17 along with dumfuq's 825-oc-kernel. Works so far good, but I'm a little puzzled regarding Flash 10.1. I thought with FroYo I could install it from the market, but I can't find it there, only apps, that need flash to be installed before (like adobe's showcase for flash). What am I missing?
Flash 10.1 so far is only avail to those 1Ghz Snapdragon CPUs afaik
Thanks for the info, didn't know this. So is there at least a possibility to get flash-lite, like in stock 2.1-HTC-ROM, installed?
I'm just checking that the Wildfire can not run Flash 10.1? I just want to be sure that it's not availible and I'm not missing out or anything?
If it's not available is there anyway to run kongregate arcade and other flash games? A browser with flash support like skyfire? (that only works for videos I think?)
non rooted wildfires cannot have flash
If you have rooted you could flash a custom rom which supports flash.
Sorry i cant help about the games I never tried.
So rooted device can handle full flash ? not only flash lite on this processor ?
Well I am rooted and running the Wildpuzzle ROM+OC.
I was under the impression that the device only supports flash lite though? Could someone please correct me if I am wrong. What happenbs if you install flash 10.1 through an apk from a non market source?
as far as i know 10.1 uncompatible, even with custom roms ( i use wildpuzzle v.08)
Sorry guys bad choice of words earlier.
I dont know of any way for flash 10.1

Correct. Flash Lite is all it will support, apart from browsers like Skyfire. Flash cannot be supported on the Wildfire because it doesnt meet the hardware requirements, so, no software "hack" can enable Flash on it. You can try installing the APK from another source, but, your browser will only FC.
Is there any way to work flash player with 4.1?on defy
don't really know if there is a way to workaround. my dolphin browser used to work even without flash installed on ics.
"Flash Player would not be supported on Android 4.1 and users should uninstall Flash Player prior to upgrading to Android 4.1, Jelly Bean."
http://blogs.adobe.com/flashplayer/2012/06/flash-player-and-android-update.html
I have been trying to install Flash player for a few days on my Defy running CM10 4.1.2 (2/11 version) but have so far been unsuccessful.
I have followed guides hereon XDA, used the supplied links but to no avail.
I installed flash on my wifes Galaxy Tab 2 the other day and it works perfectly, if a little laggy but basically it works, the Tab is on ICS which also had flash support removed afaik. And the guides out there have Flash running on other 4.1 devices so I see no reason why it shouldn't work on ours
Has anyone managed to get Flash working on their Defy running 4.1?
If so do you have a guide to installing it?
Greetings,
I have recently purchased my wife a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7" tablet (model SM-T230NU). We are pretty happy with the tablet however I would love to get rid of all the bloat that Samsung adds into the OS.
Years ago I installed a custom ROM on a ASUS tablet that not only upgraded the OS to a more recent Android release, but also was clean stock android install. I am interested in a recommendation for a stable
Android ROM for the Galaxy Tab where I am not loosing any functionality. The Galaxy Tab ships with Android version 4.4.2. I'd also be interested in going to Lollipop or Marshmallow if there is a stable version available.
Appreciate any recommendations!
Cheers,
Torbuck

Hi,
My Tab4 SM-T230NU is only booting up to the Tab4 screen and just hangs there.. I downloaded the Acheron rom and a few others as well to try to get this working again.. I have installed the latest Odin software and the USB drivers, but can't seem to figure out how to go about installing the Rom using this. I also tried the Kies software, and it tries to connect to it, but never does, so that's out.. I also can't get it to go to "recovery" mode using the pwr,vol up,Home buttons, but it does go into the "download" mode.. There's no way for me to turn on USB Debugging in the developer options, so can I still install this rom using Odin? Thanks for any assistance.
Dear Experts,
can anyone please recommend a ROM for Galaxy Note 3 N9005 with working encryption? For me, it failed with the stock ROM that the phone came with. Then I've tried a lot of ROMs, like Phronesis, DarkLord, etc. - it fails everywhere.
Even during the weekend I tried 2 ROMs based on stock ROMs with Lollipop, both didn't work either.
It ONLY worked with the ROM of artas182, but there are other glitches there and unfortunately, it's not a suitable solution for me.
Many thanks in advance!
