When I power the HTC Magic, it show these information as above. No work, no recovery. Is there any way to save my phone's life?

The t-mobile g2 is actually the Hero..but never mind...

Nah, that ain't a G2 (Hero). Sapphire is the HTC Magic AFAIK. 32A is the board version, and I remember that from the magic stuff.

I guess the OP has a phone that we don't have on the forum.
He has the Hero/Sapphire device.
I have a feeling that he just THINKS that it's the G2 because he THINKS that his phone is the second Android device to be released.
Either that or he like to give it his own name. I'm going to call my phone Fred. Where is the Fred forum for my Fred Phone? LOL!

any idea about the RUU name?
Because the RADIO version is older, when I upgrade it with <RUU_Sapphire_HTC_Europe_3.04.401.2_HTC_AT_test_signed_NoDriver.exe>, it will not work in RADIO step. The screen will change to gray.
And if I use RUU_Sapphire_HTC_Asia_WWE_2.53.707.2_SEA_test_signed_NoDriver.exe, it will tell me "Main version is older".

Just like the title states, I would like to get a 32a mt3g MyTouch 1.2 device back to stock to receive an ota. I tried searching, but I can't find anything. The phone has a cyanogen rom on it.

This is really upsetting me. You are actually 100% WRONG!!! You do NOT have a 32A device!!!
Does it say 32A? Obviously. But it is NOT a pure 32A device!
Tell me. What (besides the text on your device) makes your phone a 32A?
Does it take a 32A radio? No.
Does it take a 32A kernel? No.
Is it EB1 compatible? No.
Does it take a 32A rom? No.
So... if your device doesn't take a 32A radio, kernel or rom... then why is it a 32A? IT'S NOT!
Don't believe me that it's not a 32A? Try flashing a 32A radio and 32A spl and have fun with your bricked device. Maybe try flashing a rom and I'll wait for your post asking "Why won't my phone work?"
The only thing that makes your phone anything close to a 32A is the memory. That's it. Nothing else.
What you have is a MyTouch 1.2 (aka Fender, LE)
It's a 32B with 32A memory thus making it a hybrid of the two. How much does ram have to do with unrooting and getting the ota update? It doesn't. So I suggest you do a search for "How to unroot" to get the answer for your 32B device.
Look, bottom line. There is NO MyTouch 32A phones sold by T-Mobile in the United States. That is why you were asked

because anyone that has an American flag or American location on their profile either means that they actually have a 32B device or they had to order it from another country.
By the way, just a warning. If you get the OTA, the Androot method may not work anymore so you would have to use another method other than Androot (or similiar app) to root again (such as goldcard method). Might I suggest a 32B Rooted OTA rom? Try the G1/Dream section.
To add to that even more. What update? As far as I know the update released by T-Mobile was only for the older 32B model of the myTouch 3G, not the Fender/1.2.

I have searched the forums here for an answer to my question but I couldn't find what I needed. What I am trying to do is to revert my wifes phone back to stock 1.5 as it came out of the box to see if I can get her teh OTA updates. I have read how to load ROM's and such but I would like to get back to completely stock. When I go to the fastboot screen this is what I see:

I have the same device and mine came with 1.6
FYI: To date this device hasn't received the 2.1 (or later) OTA updates. No ETA.
I don't think the OP has the myTouch 1.2 unless they got the wrong SPL flashed. It looks like they flashed the OTA SPL update for the 32B and then flashed the 1.2 radio.

That is what happened. It is the original MyTouch 1.2. I heard the 1.2 radio was better so thats why I flashed that. Would I have to flash the DangerSPL to revert back to 1.5, then start the OTA over again?
The easiest way would be to try running the stock sappimg and updates. I've put a guide up to do that in one of the threads on the first page. I think it was my thread on rooting, not the one for the myTouch 1.2, the other one.

In my Hboot I have Sapphire PVT 32A SHIP S-ON G if the information is needed, I just want to downgrade the Hboot to 1.33.2010 any help is much appreciated!

Why are you trying to get S-OFF?? There's not really any reason to have it unless your trying to change the radio, but that's not necessary, or to change the splash screen. It's easy to do if your rooted, but you can't leave it that way.

Just search the forums for "unroot mytouch 1.2" and use the link to "finally a way to unroot". There's a file in the first post that you run from the computer that will get you back to stock 1.6.

Uhhm dude u have the phone I have and tho it says 32a for the most part ir uses 32b things including roms so u want a 32b rom and u use thw ebi0 kernel cool. And the reson it says 32b is becouse we have 32a props nameingly the ram
