chenge themes!!!!!!!! help!!!! ROM 1.93

Sorry about my English.
I have the HTC Diamond with the theme of Orange. This is a ROM version 1.93. Unfortunately, I can not go back to the original TF3d. Maybe someone knows how to change themes? Thanks to greet

I have installed Diamond TF3D Config 0.6.7, unfortunately, from 1.93 ROM this program does not work. It can be any other solution?

try disable tf3d from home, use config 0.6.7. to restore original theme, re-enable tf3d... i have 1.93rom and works.

it works for everyone else so read the thread for that program
(yes i know its a long one) and follow the instructions.
do it properly it will work.

Was the Orange theme there when you bought the phone?
if it was u can't 'go back' to original TF3D!
If It was the original TF3D when you bought the phone try this...
Download Total Commander (phone edition, not computer one)
disable TF3D..
run Toatal Commander and search for *_manila...
when it's done searching mark all files and delete!
don't worry ... if u have original shipped ROM then the original manila files will be there after the delete...
restart TF3D (maybe softreset)

WQVGA Themes (Samsung Omnia)?

Hi been looking everywhere on this site and all over the net and I cant really find any themes that fit my samsung omnia which has wqvga resolution. Can someone please help me find some as I really want some of the really good themes on this board but I dont know which ones fit wqvga.

These are some themes specially designed for samsung omnia that
Supports Resolutions:
QVGA (240x320)
WQVGA (240x400)
VGA (480x640)

Installation Instructions:
-------------------------
1) If you haven't installed mobile shell before, skip to step 2.
Run UnInstall.mscr to REMOVE the previous version (this will completely remove the
'SpbMobileShellSkins' folder from your "My Storage" / "Storage Card".)
2) Extract the .zip file into the root of your desired storage location.
3) Using your device, open File Explorer and find your desired installation
location (as above). Go to 'SpbMobileShellSkins\Scripts'. In here run the
file 'Mortscipt.exe'. This will enable the other scripts to run.
4) In File Explorer, run the file "Install_WQVGA.mscr"and set your LANGUAGE.
5) You will notice 28 other scripts like Luna_Paper.mscr. Each time you run
one of these, when you go to SPBShell/Programs/Tools/SBP Skins a new skin
will become available. If you want all 28, then run all 28 scripts.
Check the website for screenshots.
6) SOFT RESET the device or run the script "ScanStatus.mscr".
Having trouble?
- If all goes wrong, or you don't like the new skins, you can revert to
the original skin by running the 'Orignal.mscr' script!
- If the link into the Spb Skins sub-menu doesn't work, CREATE IT AGAIN
tapping on the relative .mscr script from the Scripts folder.

TIP : you can perform a system format incase something goes wrong with your omnia by switching the phone on while holding both call and end call . This will allow you to format the device and go back to initial setting like the first time you switched your omnia on.

ok thanks but how come all the people on here that are making class themes dont make em for wqvga aswell?

first: a skin for what ???
second: omnia is new and the only phone with that resolution and making a skin needs many days of work. so why should anyone do that for one percent of the users for free?

i just asked you for what application you want a theme/skin because you wrote nothing about it. and then i answered your question why there aren't so many out. so please dont post here anymore if you have a question or need help noob.

First while there is a wealth of WM information on this forum just remember at the end of the day this is a HTC Forum, not a Samsung Forum.
With that said, I'm a omnia user as well and I would suggest you check out some other forums like Modaco as they have a specific forum for Omnia and you will find more information you might be looking for there.
There will be some discussion on xda forum and I make it a habit to keep in touch with several forums as to broaden my knowledge base.

The H1 is newer, but HI3 is the latest with many improvements see here:

Date long and add a town

Hello all,
I've been searching for a while, even in this forum, but dont find any solutions concerning these two issues:
1) how can i set the date long (dddd dd mm yy) in the today page? My Diamond 2 runs the original French rom, wm 6.5.
2) I ve found a lot of solutions on the Internet to add a town, but no one works, and most of the time i must hard reset the device. HTC Sense doesnt start again. Softs like Weather Database Editor for example make HTC Sense not working and doesnt even add the town i entered...
If someone knows the right way to do so, i would be grateful

I found this thread (particularly post 2) most helpful and got it working on WinMo 6.5 but it never worked on WinMo 6.1 for me

I confirm it works perfectly with both WM6.1 and WM6.5, just follow the instructions carefully..if you have any problem you can PM me, tell me the city you want to add and I'll make the manila file for you.

Thanks to both of you. I've already tried this method but it didnt work. As i said in my first post, each time i install "Weather Database Editor", it makes my HTC Sense unable to launch. I'll try one more time... but i almost sure i'll must hard-reset...
It would be kind of you Superman122 - sorry, Sualc - if you could make it for me. The town i want to add is Valence, in France, and the AccuWeather code is : EUR|FR|FR022|VALENCE

Advanced Config - Menu - More settings - TouchFLO 3D - Push "ok" for the error - Home page date format - ok - reset...

I made a .cab file so that you don't need to install Weather Database Editor anymore,by the way this may interest everyone..
ATTENTION:Since I have an italian ROM, the modified manila file I'm posting contains country names in italian, if that causes any problem or simply you don't like it, please post your manila file and I'll work on it. You can try the one I posted just for the fun of it but BACKUP your manila file first!

Lugano (CH) and Como (IT) ADDED
The easy way is to install the .cab I posted above and then manually add your cities using SQLLiteAdmin. If you have an italian ROM you can modify the manila file in previous post, you could edit the "Valence" line (if not interested in..) and any another city you're sure you're never go to .
I am being very brief because I assume you read the "official" instructions, if you have any problems,PM me
EDIT: Well, Since It's almost Xmas and I feel Santa Sualc, i modified the manila file for you, but remeber to install AddCityWeather.cab aswell!!(AGAIN: this file is certified to work in an italian ROM, if something goes wrong I will need you ORIGINAL manila file)
P.S: It's really stupid not to put those cities by default, ok they're not enormous cities like Tokio but they are regional Capitals in their respective countries..

Hi koen-ronse and thanks... but i dont find "TouchFLO 3D" in the settings. Are you talking about HTC Diamond 2?

He's not online at the moment, I think I can answer for him:
Advanced config is an application that you have to download and install (google for it), then follow his instructions

Sualc, i didnt want to bother to much, but since you tell me, i post my manila file

Looks like you did not finish your kitchen. Finishing kitchen in your native language means that you should also fix you mui.
If you try to read the dedicated topic from that place (it was posted two weeks ago) you should know something new for youself.
If you don't get what I mean - this memory report page is Dialogue 14408 in shellres.dll.XXXX.mui. You know - sometimes old lang files don't fit....
P.S. "Package 23151" as you call it - has no problems.

You want to preset some settings? I found out it just changes in GUI, not in reality. You'll have to wait for Mango, which keeps the settings.

I want to add a xxxx.0804.xml into Windows directory for Chinese camera options displayed . there‘s no camerasettingsmanifest.0804.xml in my phone.I enter camera settings when phone exchanged to a Chinese display,nothing but a flashlight switch....
BUT HTC WP7 DEVICES HAVE SOME CAMERALANGSETTINGS PATCHES CAN FIX THIS ISSUE.... Because of HD2.... many resources dumped.
Samsung Devices have no explorer(high permission,system files can be pulled out),poor materials..
