When i load the battery while the phone is powered off my progress bar is only grey and this little wheel in the middle is not moving. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions on how to space the items? presently, i get the E/G symbol, half my phone reception and then the triangle from WISBar and the closing x. Between the Wisbar triangle and the half phone display there seems to be a program generating a blue space that covers up the speakeron/vibrate icon and where my beloved time display (now battery display) used to be. Any ideas on how I can spread these out to that they all properly display?

I used to have on my old iPAQ a BT indicator next to the G/U sign on the top line. Now I only have a dark, barely seen indicator in phone screen (which is so dark it self I can't see the indicator). Any ideas for a more visible indicator on the today screen?
A silly little thing thats bugging me is that the picture from the middle of the backlight icon has disapeared,How can I regain this ,at the moment I have a blank square.

Whenever I wake my phone up, the signal bar and the H/3G icon turns from green to white? Why is this happening and is this normal? Data works when it is turned white, is this bad?

This grey circle appears at the bottom of my screen randomly and fades away in 2-3 seconds . I'm running android oreo .
How do I get rid of it ?
Looks like the rippel animation from the on screen navigation buttons maybe try to enable and disable them or try to reflash.
