It's been a long day and this just really irks me. This is my first android phone and I was under the impression I wouldn't have to worry about anyone trying to dictate what I can and cant do on it.
If it was something I did then no biggie, but if others are having the same thing happen to them then I would like to know why it is happening and how to stop it.

It's just you or something you did. Google has only used the "remotely remove" feature once to the best of my memory, and it was for a pair of very suspicious apps.
Isn't this something that apple does for their android phones? I don't see it happening on sprint, but it wouldn't doubt me if apple did. Just a though...

It's pretty easy to match up accounts to IP addresses if someone wants to take the time to identify someone. It would really suck if the person had a really high post count that got deleted along with their main account....

If they follow through I'd buy one, always wanted a tablet that wasn't a Tab or an iPad. Having two markets isn't that ridiculous. Isn't there a way for people with rooted phones/jailbroken iPhones that can install the other's market on them?

What makes you say RIMs OS is horrible? The new QNX based OS looks great. It's funny that you are a WebOS fan, and wouldn't be interested in the PlayBook. They are extremely similar in terms of UI.
I've only read great things about their new OS. If you have some articles saying otherwise, I'd be very interested to see it.

The keyboard options for new phones are sparse and not terribly viable (droid 4's display, bootloader, etc).

Omg when my sister upgraded to the 4S on att I played with it for a bit and she got a text and I saw a little symbol in the "notification bar" uptop and habitually swiped down and forgot I was on an iphone lmfao I was like "O.O and they sue google partners over **** that people can't even see?"
I wish we had "technology courts" or something that will have judges who specialize in electronics and will actually know when a company is suing, that company also has parts blatantly stolen from "company b".
