I'm sure I've read somewhere a registry tweak to increase volume output using bluetooth headphones/speakers. Volume using wired headphones is very loud but nowhere near as loud when using bluetooth. Could someone point me in the right direction ?

Hi there,
When using the Bluetooth take and talk handsfree kit, the speaker volume coming through the car speakers is really quite low, and adjusting the volume on the car stereo does not have any effect. Does anyone know of where you would increase that volume? Call volume is fine without the handsfree kit.
Thanks,
Anyone have any ideas? Is it a common problem with the wizard and the take and talk universal cradle? The speaker volume is fine when using a Parrot 3100.
I don't even know if this is possible, but is there a way to reduce the microphone volume for a wired headset (other than Headset Equalizer)? I'm trying to use a noise-canceling wired headset, but it no longer noise-cancels because the microphone volume on the phone itself is too high.
I've tried searching for this, but haven't found any information.
Thanks to all in advance!
is there a way i can increase my phones volume to where my bluetooth is louder? im using the jabra BT2020 and its not even that loud enough to where i can hear and heard that i can update the registry or use a program to make it louder.
Dear XDA Developers,
I'm the happy owner of a TP2 since a week now . Almost immidiatly I was bothered by the low volume of my earpiece. After some searching on the forum, I figured that the max volume is controlled in the AudioPara3.
So I tried to edit it myself, but still no result. My HEADSET's volume has increased alot, but not the earpiece's
(By headset I mean the headset that was boxed together with the TP2 )
(By Earpiece I mean a 3.5mm earpiece )
I'm using a miniUSB -> 3.5mm converter, which is used to connect my 3.5mm Earpiece
So my question is:
Can someone tell me which values I need to edit to boost my EARPIECE volume, or can someone make me a new AudioPara3?

are you using an iPod headset or any headset that has some type of volume/remote control on it?
I bought a G1 miniUSB adapter & it doens't work with my iPod headphones because of the volume/remote on it. I have to pull out the connection 1 click so that only the 2 sections on the adapter for the speakers are connected.
Maybe you're having the same problem.
I'm using some Philips in-ear earpieces...
anyone?

I just picked up this phone and I absolutely love it, only issue though is the low headphone and Bluetooth Audio Volume. I know I can change the headphone volume by changing the mixer file, but I haven't seen anything on Bluetooth. Unfortunately my car doesn't have an aux port because Honda thinks everyone just uses Bluetooth now -_-. Does anyone know of a way to raise the volume level?
That's strange, because I find Bluetooth to be louder than the headphone output when going to an external speaker. In my car, bluetooth on my phone is maxed and even at 70% volume in my car it's ear blasting loud. You can't use steering wheel controls with the aux cord too.
If you're rooted you can try Viper.
