Nexus One Sleeve Trick :) Now with pics

Ok, so I am using the original sleeve that came with the phone, which protect it well enough to my mind.
Some stuff were pissing me off though, like having to take the phone out of it to check for new notifications, or the fact that the sound (notifications/ringtones) was attenuated a lot by it. So much in fact that even at max volume, I missed a couple of calls.
So I did cut a round area where the trackball is located, which allows me to see if I have new notifications without getting the phone out of it.
I also cut it where the speaker output is located. Now I can finally hear my phone ringing, in its sleeve, in my pocket.
Did cut it with normal scissors and burned the edges (to avoid the holes to grow) with a lighter.
It is a dumb trick, but improved a lot my overall experience, so I just wanted to share it here
I ll try to post pics later on, as I am at work right now and cannot do it.

Ok, so the most amazing thing about this app is it mounts your system in a way that lets you see it as a folder structure... VERY COOL indeed!!

I'm so glad I only had the options of buying an evo or not buying an evo

I had messed with this one, but the 1 issue that would keep me from using it is you have to be connected through USB.

dude, if your friend indicates it will be more than a couple months you should take that evo and sell it when the next something comes out.

Dammit!! Where were you yesterday? Actually I still have plans to cut out around the side of Tux and keep the little flappers or arms on the side. But I haven't gotten around to it cause just what I have there took enough time already.

Hmm, you have a point, I might not have to worry about any smashing this year. Last year I did a Firefox pumpkin and that made it as well. In other words, geek 1 jocks 0.

I can't believe people actually spent that much time creating this. Wow!

You have to admit that they did a good job. The website even looks professional.

The harmonica video had me rolling.

They had me going with the projector.

That phone is more realistic and it would look sick. It would really suck if you lost the bluetooth attached headset. We can expect phones like this around 2015-2020.

no. nanotech can allow both things to happen. It has 3 different "panels". they can close off the panel with the coffee maker so nothing gets in it, and then the shaver can be on top of the keyboard panel, with a small tank like holder so hair doesn't go down to the keyboard.

I suppose it's called chatter and peripheral marketing. If you can get one of your products into a viral video by people saying "watch this video of the eejit in the stunt plane" then it's a success

Just as we thought, more and more videos appearing closer to launch. This is the way Sammy has people hooked to their devices, although as tasteless as some may see, they do grab your attention.
