Hello,
If I wake up my Phone while a call I get a Screen with 6 Buttons Hold, Endcall, Mute, Speakers On, one more and unlock.
After I Press unlock I see the standard Call Screen.
Is there a way to disable the unlock screen?

Hi,
with my earrings (large piercings) I always touch something on screen while in a call, can the screen be deactivated/switched off/locked during a call?
Once you have started a call, you can press the power button to turn off the screen, the phone call should stay active. This works in WM6 for sure, im not sure about WM5
Works under WM5 as well.
another option is the application phonealarm, it has the ability to turn off the screen automatically when a call connects.
I'll do this straight-to-the-point style:
My problem: during calls i press buttons on the touchscreen with my face.
My objective: have the slide-to-unlock lock screen during phone calls.
Current status: i use smartlock to automatically lock my screen during incoming and outgoing calls.
The problem: when the call connects, the manila call lock screen (a different lock screen with two buttons: unlock and end call) replaces the slide-to-unlock screen.
Question: Is there a way to disable this specific two button lock screen altogether?
There is a sensor that detects light on the top of the front of the HD2. When on a call and the mobile is very near your face, then the screen goes blank. Take the mobile away from your face then the screen comes back on again.
I don't know if because the detector is offset that it works better for a left-hander then a right-hander.
well, 1 out of 10 times that doesn't work with me, it's not much, but it's enough for me to not want to rely on it

If you put the proximity sensor close enough to you, you won't press any buttons.
I use my phone in my pocket, and the proximity sensor works there. So should work against your head.
It is possible to lock the phone when in a call however, and it will display the dialer with a lock screen. Certainly used to on the 1.48 ROM.
[resolved] For the PROs (really): how to get "slide-to-unlock" screen during calls
I figured this question belongs in a more general forum since it's not HTC related.
My problem is that during calls i press the very sensitive buttons on the capacitive touchscreen with my face. To fix this I want to have the slide-to-unlock lockscreen during phone calls.
The screen can be locked during calls (either manually or with automatically with smartlock, etc.).
The problem is that when the call connects, the normal lockscreen is replaced with a different lock screen, one with two buttons: unlock and end call, but no slide-to-unlock.
I want to know if there is a way to disable this special lock screen that replaces normal lock screen during phone calls altogether?
Hi at all!
When i use the phone (screen unlock), and i receive a call, if i hangup then screen lock.
Is possible to disable this option so if i have the screen unlock then it doesn't lock?
Thanks.
is there a way to lock the screen when on a bluetooth call, I often hangup on people because I hit the end call button to lock the phone out of instinct
is there something I'm missing is a popup menu???
Button savior or zMooth (pro only) has the option to turn off the screen using software buttons or swipes. This way you can turn off the screen during a phone call.

Or you can get the lockscreen widget from the market. The one I use is a yellow round one and it works great for me.
