I already installed flash 10.1 for android 2.1 and i can look youtube videos (like a desktop), but not from megavideo. It shows me another page
You probably need the version of flash in 2.2

there is only partial Flash 10 support in Android 2.1. So until we get FroYo, that's what we got.
Skyfire doesn't work. So we have to wait. Thanks all of you.

Skyfire DOES work. I haven't tried megavideo exactly, but other sites it works perfect. You gotta do some setting changes on your phone.. it was posted 4 weeks ago. Though it's not as good as having 2.2 flash..

If you haven't tried it, then you don't know if it works. And it doesn't. This is a Megavideo thread.

Ya know, my phone must be special lol. I have never had an issue with SkyFire, and never changed a single setting...

EDIT - I know it's a little off topic, but tomorrow will be my first tablet/honeycomb experience and I wondered if it'd be awesome or very awesome hah.

Good question. I doubt it, though this would be good. I think it would be confusing though having market apps and chrome apps.

Changing the UAString to desktop fixed the issue of "seemingly selective flash" playback.
this rocks!!! watching charlie's angels on amazon on demand on my newly "flash" XOOM
im assuming this runs even smoother iforthose that got the ota already...although idk how we'd know that for sure or not.

Allright, I was drinking with my friends tonight. Showing off my new cell offcourse. I wanted to show them something nice...
I opened www.xhamster.com(not the mobile version) and wanted to start a vid, it started but the vid was really not smooth, it jumped from one shot to another altough it was loaded far from where it started.
My friend laughs and said let me trey it, and his desire could open it with no problem... I tried other browsers like dolphin, butt still the same problem.
Can someone check this? or do you have a solution;
I don't now any website with this problem and playing vid like that, so sorry if it is not an approprate website, was just for fun.
edit: i changed the title, because it wouldn't be fair to say Videos, that is not the truth.

hmmm strange, I tried and yes it is the only flash based video that it doesnt play smooth and I have tried a lot of websites.

I knew from the moment I posted this I would get reactions abouth the site.
Allright so when you're done laughing like little girls... can you check the technical details behind this, why it does not work like other flash? It's just that it looked really stupid next to my friends pretty old desire??
Also when on a site like that, or no, I will take another example. Youtube(not mobile) it's not smooth to move arround, especially when zoomed in, some pictures and the video, jump from here to there...
