Em... I don't think it's too hard... Like this:
1. Phone Canvas from Huashan also requires the VideoTelephony from Huashan.
2. Phone Canvas from Oboe requires Slot_Manager, PhoneCanvas from Oboe to start, and won't make outgoing calls. If you want it truly useful, you also need to edit Slot_Manager(I don't know how).

Did you try the combination of
Phone Canvas from Huashan also requires the VideoTelephony from Huashan
and you didn't have any problem with HD2 (WVGA)?

In both attached file you need to use also the Caller ID fix.
All packages are for WVGA, not for VGA and tested in custom ROM.
There isn't any need to release all custom ROM in the forum. All of them are there!!!!

A lot of good cooked ROM are available in the forum
thank you for providing the solution, however, i don't wanna apply any fix to my rom, huashan/oboe dailers are designed for 6.5.3 231xx, so i can call them "new dailers", new dailers can be used without any callerID fix. oboe dailers are dual-mode, so it has to be hacked before usable. huashan dailers are good(from 0.90.xxx debug rom),worked perfectly on may devices except HD2.
So does using this dialer require the also VideoTelephony Package? And if so which one should we use for the HD2?

Just add on top of old dialer (leave the old one in and give this one priority).

No there isn't any need of the Video Telephony and other packages from Huashan/Oboe.
It is from the WWE version.
FYI Phone_Canvas_Enhancement_2G_4_2_62520161331_0_PdaXpert.zip works 100% with 23673 with the updated Caller ID fix! Thanks for sharing.

There is another one floating around called "23640 Caller ID Fix" which does NOT fix the problem. This one fixes the incoming call screen and retains call log functionality when used with the 2016 phonecanvas in post 1. At least for me it works.

With this, you get only 2G dialer, without video.
Check out Laurenti's thread for his new dialer (doesn't support landscape though) Laurenti's Dialer with : slide Answer/Ignore , video call.

If you already have the S2A (slide to answer) then it won't change anything. If yout don't have the S2A and you want it then install "htc S2A Diamond dialer" before installing a skin.

I have a GSM and I don't know for CDMA... but it's a cab so CDMA users can install it to verify the compatibility and uninstall it if it doesn't work.
If you already have the htc dialer in your ROM then it will work.

Hi,
first don't be sorry for asking question cause we're here on a forum so the principle is to help each other
ok, by unzipping TWICE I mean that after downloading the zip archive : unzip to have a 7z archive and unzip again to have all the cabs of each skin.
My skins work only for the original htc dialer 6.1 !!! They work neither on the new tachi version (D2 topaz) nor on WM6.5 dialer.

You should be able to by using sun's kitchen and the correct lang and location files.

Sorry, Sun... this is an intended double-post.
I'm planning to flash my BA this week using this ROM.
BTW, what are the technical differences between Build 28230 and 28230 v2?
Sometimes when i used this rom.., the screen can became freeze and i had to do a soft reset, is there anything to solve this problem ?

This is a common occurrence for a lot of roms. If you are running certain apps, the device may run out of resources because of general instability of the port. There is no fix, but you can help the chef by describing your problem exactly as it happened and with a little luck, he/she will be able to reproduce the problem and fix it. Having said that, sometimes a hard reset is all that is needed to have a fully working device (flashing to a more stable rom also works )

I find the 28XXX builds (WMD) to be a bit faster and more stable than the 235XX branch (COM5). D-two's is not bad but I feel it a bit sluggish (he did do a really good job on it though)

In terms of RAM and manilla it is a great ROM, but it has a lot of bugs, to name just a few, all contacts from manilla don't work (you can't call anybody from there and you don't see the contact's numbers) also in the photos and videos i wasn't able to select another album.

I have the same problems, and there is no possible to scrolling some pages or chose the options from programs menu (for example in total commander). Then I have to use pad toshiba.
Sms client will not start after tap the message

Here's you my last rom, I hope you like it, this is the lightest rom than I'm able to do, it's basic and fast. It contains ezinput keyboard as in all my roms. almost all packages come from HTC mega and jade. unfortunately I can no longer pursue this project because my opal is dead, I thank you all for using my roms, I find it very satisfying.

separate ezinput cab
hey there, i'm just wondering if you could get me the ezinput cab that you've used here? i was hoping to run it on my device..i used the stock cab from mega/jade (i'm forgot which one) and it froze my device

I don't use a cab, I use an ext package from mega's rom....

Yes those problems has been solved in this version. Now the phone doesnt hang and its working very well. Just wanted to know one thing that this is a windows 6.5 version but it contains dialer similar to that of 6.5.3 version.

I believe that the default dialer is the same for both wm6.5 and 6.5.3.....

your device freezes because you try to install an ezinput keyboard in a rom that have another ezinput inside... so if i create a cab with ezinput from mega you will find the same problem...

Hi, I've installed your latest ROM.. it looks like that battery management is a worse respect to RC ROMs.. is it possible? Have you set the same configuration or it is different?
Another question: why did you put on first post links to jvm-javafx and also to jvm6? What is the difference? Should I install both?
Anyway, thanks for the good-good work you've done, advise us when you'l buy your next phone.. we'll get the same!

umm..actually I'm using jagan's evolution ultimate β and he didn't include ezinput in there. i'm still having my doubts if i'm gonna try your 21697 build

in 21916 build the lock screen volume buttones are locked...
I've just flashed a Hong Kong 1.27.XXX Rom into yours
Everything works just fine!
AND IT IS INCREDIBLY FAST!
Just one thing, why does the camera's image looks so green?
Also, SPB Mobile Shell crashes frequently.(3D menu, launcher)
ezInput languages
Hi there.
Is there a way to add more languages to ezinput. I want to add the portuguese T9 dictionary but can't find a way to do it.

Hey I've tried that 21697 build and I found these:
-volume buttons really work while locked, is there a fix for this?
-I installed M2D2 from here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=541750) and whenever I open a text message from the messaging tab, it opens the message in single message view instead of threaded view. How can I make it work to open on a threaded view?
-I can't see who's calling whenever I get a call, just the a white screen with gray box and a slider below

nice rom. running it stably. i also cant see who's calling after i installed the mega phone canvas.
