I tried various cooked roms and I decided to try to cook a rom alone ... anyone can post a detailed guide of the programs and the procedure that I must follow to cook a rom for hd2?? I want to know which is the best kitchen (i think oskitchen) and what i need before starting the kitchen. I learnt something from other threads but i'm a bit confused. I'm sorry if these questions are already asked. Please help me!!

Look at the wiki (link in top left).
Me and many others have done many posts on bigstorage, no point repeating - search by my name or others.
You can't really cook a rom for the magician (ie make an entirely custom rom) as you can with earlier xdas and the rom kitchen.

I'm reading and trying to learn how to do it, but the truth is that I'm to scared to mess up my Elfin and thats why i ask you to do it.

Well, you are lucky, the great chefs in this forum are several steps ahead, if you look around in the forums you'll find many ROMs that are already Opal-like or "Opalized". Please see the Elf upgrading forums, search for a ROM you like and try.
Also in the Opal wiki they have extracted items from Opal ROMs
I'll refer you to my favorite ROM, called Tess:

hi i have all the files (i think) that is necessary to make a rom with sense 2.5
but i dont know WHAT TO DO? where i have to put the files etc...
if someone knew how to make a sense 2.1 rom can post the tutorial? maybe its SIMILAR

So, what file do you have??? you must collect all the files and using a software you can cook your own rom. The problem is that i don't know if there is just a software to cook compatible with omnia2.

Nobody is going to help you, as I have been searching for the same info. Everybody points to modaco but nobody there want to share this so called secret. There is no visual kitchen which can cook for Omnia II, there are certain tools which can be used for this purpose but still dont know how to integrate Sense 2.1 or 2.5 into that rom. Hope somebody can help us........but I doubt as nobody is interested in our Omnia II.

Both phones look the same but their insides are very different and rom's can't be exchanged very easily.
So It's not that no one cares your just not quite clear enough in your request.
The info is there just not in this thread....at the moment.
its all about baby steps (I love that movie!)
first cook a stock rom, then a custom rom, then dabble in a sense rom.
It doesn't just happen over night, but many many sleepless ones.
Hello everyone, I just bought my HD2 yesterday
It's the best device I ever bought, but I encountered alittle problem that I need your guys' help with.
You see i'm from the middle-east, so in the applications menu, there is an application that could localize my phone and change everything into Arabic langauge, that's my problem, I need to change it back to fully english but I don't know how, I tried hard and soft reset, doesn't seem to work...
