Hi everybody
When i put a http-link in a sms, then i see the hole link, with the http:// stuff.
I will only show a text, for example: "MyBlaBla", this text contains a http-link to http://www.myblabla.com, and i wouldn't so see the http:// stuff.
How can I do this?
Thx & have a nice day
Dave
I don't think that's supported in the standard messaging app.
It only identifies numbers and URL's you can't use HTML to achieve your goal
I have Any Sofy Keyboard Hebrew installed on my Hero, however almost everything connected to contacts, mainly browsing & searching them - is not working. Only the English contacts are searchable.
Does anyone know how to overcome this problem?
Thanks
Gal
hi
first u can sorcut "People" to your phones desktop
the any soft key works fine there if you use the search
second you can download from the market the "aContact" app
and set it as default app for the Phone button.
dont forget to set the T9 lang to hebrew and check the RTL box
good luck
Problem By Persian Or arabic to sms manila 2.5
my problem
what is the problem, send me pm in Persian language, I will help you, by the way its wrong section to open this kind of thread, it will be closed or moved soon
the problem
the problem is that when you open an sms, letters appear ordered from left to right, while in Arabic and Persian they write from right to left, this happens even when you tick the "use unicode..."
BTW, this problem was not there for the first few releases of HTC messenging app.
Regards
also i add to this that letters in one word should be connected together for example
شجرة appears as ة رج ش
Searched but cant find anything. Basically, My dad wants to go on his website on his phone: Google "BBC Persian Afghanistan" . However, on a computer, the arabic letters are fine, they are all joined up and readable, but on his windows phone, all the letters are individual and not joined up at all. In arabic, this makes it VERY hard to read. I was wondering what to do? I've updated the phone through Zune, any ideas? Thanks.
Hello,
I previously had the Galaxy Nexus and never have i faced this sort of problem... The thing is that when I copy arabic text that is present in a message, when i forward it or paste and send it it apears as a whole lot of question marks (????)
I am able to copy and paste the arabic text only just fine. The problem happens when there is English text along with it.
I've read that there is a setting to change input mode to automatic.. Haven't been able to find it in the settings though..
Any ideas?
