Hello GUYS.
I like to change THEMES and i like to play with SPB MOBILE SHELL, but now i like to come back into my NORMAL HTC MANILA SENSE, unfortunately now i find in some MENU or in some BACKGROUND, pieces of this past APPS, (THEMES oe SPB MOBILE SHELL) for example colurs of BARS where are ICON BATTERY, START BUTTON etc.
How can i FIX this and come back to ORIGINA HTC SENSE MANILA, without an HARD RESET ?
Thanks to all.

I have been using Torx's iphone theme via WAD3 and WAD. I am fooling around with SPB Mobile Shell, but have not figured out how to customize it as easily as I can with Wisbar stuff via Author mode.
Just curious of opinion on who thinks which one is better and why?
Thanks!
Both applications are completely different. Wisbar wont have animations while switching pages on Desktop. Mobile Shell cannot spread icons the way you want. So choose what is important for you or have both!
In my opinion both are not adviced for Pro WinMo users..
Why wouldn't you advise it? I love my Wisbar and WAD. And recently I've tried SPB Mobile Shell because of the Diamond theme (seems to be the next hype, same way it was with iPhone themes)

Click to collapse
I am also trying mobile shell - what is the difference between the Now and Today screens? I am guessing you disable the Today screen by unchecking everything?
Thanks
I have found that SPB Mobile Shell drains the battery faster than just plain HTC Home, which is really sad as I love the Diamond theme...
If you want animation(mobile shell benefit) on transition pages..wait for WAD2(animation added) to be out..it will beat mobile shell for sure
WAD vs. SPB Shell
WAD is a application replacing your default WM today screen. You have to add the shortcuts to the apps you want (you can make it Finger Friendly).
SPB Shell is as it says a shell around WM so all the shortcuts are available. It's Finger Friendly and has some nice extra stuff in it. It's not skinnable by default (just minor different looks), but some people here at XDA have managed to create some great skins.
Today vs. Now
Today is the standard WM desktop
Now is a overview page in SPB Shell (with time, weather, appointments, email, sms and missed calls)
Yea, with WAD, and WA3 together, its almost like giving your phone's OS a makeover. I like WAD better but until I finish making a good theme, I'll be using SPB Mobils shell most likely
Both Work Well Together on o2 XDA Flame
Using both - WHY - Like the startup screen & easy system settings - and like the menu's of WAD - Maybe someone will develop both in one - and yes, it's like a full makeover ! The Flame does have lots of internal storeage space & a Nvida vid card - Come on xda developers - lets see something in the future
I've been searching for a while and haven't come up with much.
Are there skins/themes that don't utilize/disable TF3D in order to get an 800x600 image on the home screen, or does TF3D have to be turned on to operate the Blackstone? I'd also like to free up a little more memory. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
Looks like my only option is to install SPB Mobile Shell 2.1.5...?
Do I just install this like any other program and disable TF3D? I'm currently running Dutty's 2.1 ROM.
Also, what affect does running these latest ROMs have on SPB Mobile Shell? Does SPB completely override everything from a cooked ROM?
Personally, I am not a fan of TF3D...
I like to see everything at glance.
I use SPB Time, Messages, SPB Diary, Device lock and SPB Weather on my home screen.
Memory usage is usually around 30%.
Just waiting for SPB Shell 3.0 to come out, looks heaps nice.
TF3D is very good, but it's not convenient and fast to use.
Thanks for the replies. So, if I install SPB, do I just disable TF3D?
Will I lose access to all the tabs like Music and Communications?
What ROM should I be using if I make the move to SPB?
It doesn't matter what ROM, just install it and untick TF3D on the today setting and tick the SPB.
You can always go back to TF3D so don't worry.
I prefer the look to the titanium home screen then the HTC stuff.
So if i enable the titanium, is there a way i can still use the HTC programs (contacts, calendar etc) A shortcut on the startmenu would suffice.
Is it possible?
they are on teh start menu anyhow
well apart form weather
yes. but when you disable sense the shortcuts are renoved from the start menu
Yes, I would like to use Sense 2.5 calendar with SPB Mobile Shell, havent found it anywhere
Been using this for a week and really like it.Anyone seen anything any better yet or has other suggestions?
I tried SPB mobile shell but like the look of TF3D on my Imagio better. I just installed a manila2.5 silder (i.e. color) and a colorful taskbar. I have done so much tweaks to this badboy. Cant wait for someone to come up with a manila 2.5 rom to use.
Hi,
Can anyone help me remove the call list and calender entries from the home screen in the new official HTC ROM with windows mobile 6.5? (no brand / Germany). Weather, clock, date, alarm clock and provider should stay where they are.
I had those files for the old ROM from this forum unfortunately they don't work anymore.
Could anyone tell me where to find the background picture from "Ron Arad Orange" theme?
Thanks a lot!
Michael
Look: Start/Einstellungen/Mehr/Persönlich/Heute/Elemente
Remove: TouchFLO3D
Add: whatever you want
Remove call list / calendar entries from HTC Sense home screen
Thanks for the try, but that's not what I meant. I still want to use Touch Flo 3D (although it is called HTC Sense in the new ROM).
I want to remove the call list and calendar entries from TF3D / HTC Sense home screen.
