I've used the original WM6.1 rom how base, and I've customized it!
It's a my rom with some program utilities plus Manilla 2d plus 3d driver!

This is moddable: what's mean... Mean that all software you find in Settings>System>Removable Programs you may remove and install a new version, if you find on line, or remove for major space if you need! Also the cab for the reinstallation are located in \Windows, if you need!
PPM it's a software developed by my friend Acquariusoft, it's permit to download more software from online database, so you may customize your rom how you prefer! It's in ITA and WWE language!
GoogleMaps tab is disabled in Manilla and not installed, cause manilla patched created a bug, and link don't work.
If you install GoogleMaps, it work perfectly, ma not inside manila! I'm at working to solve this!

Another way to make it work is move the "Google Maps" folder from "Programmi" to "Programs"

How to Flash
YOU HAVE TO Hard spl ypur Opal before.
Opal Hard-SPL
1.Connect your Opal with ActiveSync.
2.Double click CustomRUU.exe and follow the screen.
If you can't connect via ActiveSync , enter bootloader mode and flash instead.
Hold volume down + Action button + Soft reset , release the stylus only.
If you see the color screen , release the volume down + Action button.
Double click CustomRUU.exe to flash.

WWE , but Thai customized.
You can use as normal WWE , only set Regional setting to your location.

There was a trojan (Name of trojan DRP-BAT.SAA) detected attached with the file. My antimalware detected it and separated from file. During installation I got a message that the image file is corrupted. What could be the reason? That trojan which was removed???????

I like your 6.5.3 with SPB very much, nice size menu too! But I go for this big RAM rom. Please tell if possible to take big menus in this rom please?

i already install that haha it work on this too, but you know when you press phone menu button - in 6.5.x you get finger friendly big menu come out, but in 6.1 they are too tiny, need stylus every time!

aah, ok you mean the big popup menus, yes! in miro14 is a little speciall combination.

Hi Feropont, truly incredible to get 145Mb free ram and even better the voicemail notifications work perfectly for me without having to mess around with the sms_providers.dll this is very rare in custom TG01 roms fantastic.
Would you be interested in looking into a 6.5 rom (I.E. Start menu and close on the top bar) using the same techniques and see how much memory we can get?

feropont u can also reply if possible - i like themes and looks of your 6.5.5, but this 6.5 gives more ram. i try 6.1- dont like 6.1 too small for my finger. i like 6.5 good ram, and not too small, but love to have themes as in 6.5.5..

Hey Drasifjk, there is a single cab for Manila 2d in the TG01 forum posted not too long ago. I did use it for a while and it works nice I only stopped using it because you cant use cookies home tab with Manila 2d but its runs ok.

The Rom only has the classic blue theme that is seen in the catch that put Feropont.
The rom has the windows menu. I've removed it and stays with 142MB of RAM.
Again congratulations to Feropont for their work.

Kevin, in WM6.1 install HTC enlarge start menu and your start menu and softbar menus will be big. I can confirm it works great for Feroponts ROM

Sorry, not Manilla 2D but 3D (TF3D) but its still very lite compared to full sense and its all self contained in a single cab.

Anybody tested how long battery charge holds with this rom?
Is there problem with backlight control? since toshiba power profiles every time interfered with wm settings on backlight?!

great rom just loaded it this afternoon. I have disabled wm startmenu and installed spb shell and this rom is superb! batterylife is great! no backlight problems..

Stable, fixed file system problem, so happy.
Ok, so my phone is now not a pain in the ass hehe.
Fixed:
-Freezing when loading programs from the SD Card after coming out of sleep mode has been totally fixed!
-Fixed disappearing icons issue for programs loaded onto sd card.
-Phone is now faster, much faster.
-Battery life is better
-Phone is for all intents and purposes ... stable.
I now have a phone. Thank-you Feropont, you are the man!

Hi drupad.
I do not know how clean is this rom but I think it does not posses some needed files. I mean LsOma, LsFilter and transport packages.

Rom rather ascetic like my roms used to be.
Features:
1) On startup about 330MB free ROM and 125MB free RAM
2) Base user shell is SPB shell 3.5.5 added as .cab
3) Other installed .cabs
a) Latest Palringo communicator ( includes facebook chat )
b) CorePlayer
c) Total Commander
d) Disabled WM menu .cab
e) Shutter sound disabling cab
4) Embeded software
a) Microsoft and Toshiba keyboards
b) ArcSoft software:
- MMS composer ( integrates with menu for SMS/MMS composing ) - very nice in my oppinion
- Streaming player
- Photo base
c) FDC task manager - powerfull system software
d) my own software for some power managment available as "Power" folder in Programs ( soft reset, standby, backligh off )
e) BT operations notification icon in upper bar - well known solution from other roms. I do not know whose software it is
nethertheless thanks the author for it.
f) Microsoft Office 2010
Other registry tweaks. For example enabling old fashion lock screen which
saves 5MB of RAM in comparison to new fashion lock screen.
And of course my incerdible battery driver which allows all battery level sensitive software run without any problems until real 0% battery level without any interruption from the system. Never more 20% warning messages, software execution protection and battery discharge to real "0" - about 2.9V
As usual ROM created via osBuilder and feropont kitchen so thank
Him for it.
Forgot to mention. After flashing hard reset is required ( via buttons combination or via "Master Clear" software in system settings ).

I do not know wheter I understood You ok but what did You ask me about ?
1) As I mentioned old fashion lock style is activated as default in my rom ( trick done via registry setting )
2) New fashion lock software is still available if You want. You simply have to change the same setting in registry.
There was about it in thread "ROM tricks and tips ...." or something that sounds like it.
Anyway, thread was in "ROM development"

How were You trying to do this ? I just did it without any problems.
I took one of Novembre's ROM with radio 5001.0300.76 as the base of new radio 0300.
I executed two commands as usual:
1)
tgtool -sp TG01WP_1600.tsw original.os.payload ,
where TG01WP_1600.tsw it is my rom .
2)
tgtool -mp original.os.payload TG01WP_655.tsw TG01WP_0300.tsw ,
where TG01WP_655.tsw it is Novembre's rom with radio 0300 and
TG01WP_0300.tsw it is rom for You
I had no any errors. If You want I can place in internet this rom
but not earlier than tomorrow morning because network in my home is poor.

I took one of Novembre's ROM with radio 5001.0300.76 as the base of new radio 0300.
I executed two commands as usual:
1)
tgtool -sp TG01WP_1600.tsw original.os.payload ,
where TG01WP_1600.tsw it is my rom .
2)
tgtool -mp original.os.payload TG01WP_655.tsw TG01WP_0300.tsw ,
where TG01WP_655.tsw it is Novembre's rom with radio 0300 and
TG01WP_0300.tsw it is rom for You
