can't root phone (no sdcard and perfected spl)

I have a Mytouch 3g (32b)
Ok so everything that has led me to this point was that my sdcard was not being recognized anymore after flashing a bad rom. the sdcard is good, it works in the PC, i've tried different sdcards none work in the phone. also it recognizes the sappimg.img file when in hboot so i can flash system images.
problem is whenever i try to flash an "unperfected" spl it makes my phone the "H" version when it should be G

when i flash a perfect spl, it looks more accurate:

but with the perfected spl i can't flash a recovery, or use adb to trick the phone into thinking i have an sdcard folder.
someone help!! this has been going on for a week i am running out of options. i've read every single thread on xda at this point my head is spinning

corrupted recovery + CM6 RC1

Okay so I was browsing around CM6 RC1 today and decided I might try the ClockworkMod Recovery image. I did not know CM has this memory corruption issue at the time. So now my recovery is corrupted. I can boot into the ROM fine, and I believe the solution is to go into fastboot and somehow replace the recovery, SPL or both, but I cannot find an definitive answer online.

UPDATE:
The answer was to flash a SAPPIMG from fastboot (since I had perfected SPL)
I used Amon_RA's excellent guide here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=548218
other than creating that shiny goldcard the process was very simple.

sometimes you have to try more than once. for some reason the first time doesn't always take... but it should on the second attempt.

[Q] HTC Magic 32B, messed up recovery, then everything else

my magic is in really bad shape after some bad decisions:
After wiping and flashing Yoshi's Gingerbread 7.1 the phone started to reboot itself randomly. It worked perfectly with previous versions of this rom. Reading the forums some people said it had to do with the recovery and how some didn't wipe certain partitions, and recomended to use Clockwork recovery instead. Here's the first bad decision, I was lazy and used the market app to flash it (rom manager?), and since then I couldn't boot into recovery any more.
Now, after wiping every partition I can't use adb, and being unable to flash anything with fastboot ("FAILED (remote: signature verify fail)"), what can I do?
With fastboot boot recovery it freezes in "booting...". I also tried flashing the recovery through terminal emulator, didn't work (throwed lot of hex addresses).

Solved.
Used HTC's RUU. The phone's back to stock conditions. Will be rooting and doing everything else again soon.

Would you be able to elaborate on where you download the RUU and how you used it to fix the problem? I've got a similar situation, my phone bootloops, the recovery is inoperable, but I can get into hboot. Thanks!

The install process is very simple. You only need to turn on the phone on fastboot mode and execute the .exe (on a Windows machine).

I'm not sure, I'd say not being this for vodafone. I have no clue how that would affect the mytouch. Maybe there is a RUU for the t-mobile version?

unable to mount SDCARD

I wanted to upgrade the HTC to latest version. But something went wrong.
I got to the recovery and the rooting but then something went badly wrong with the sd card.
I can now use adm, recovery and fastboot. My sdcard won't mount in any of those 3.
can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 (or /dev/block/mmcblk1p1) No such file or directory.
I tried everything I could think off but no success. The problem is that my phone won't boot anymore, stuck at HTC magic screen. Since it's still S-ON I cannot flash roms through fastboot and cannot use 'su' in adm.
Please help me. I am all out of ideas.

i have a phone with the above information
when i flash the rom from the recovery i have facing the problem of
E:Error in /sdcard/ update.zip(status 7)
i have found many other forum for the solution but i still cant get any yet
i have format the sd card, or re download the rom file but it still the same
did anyone have face this problem before??
