I bought invisible shield for my telephonephone. I used sprey 2 times, after I installed perfect. When I was turn on phone there was whoter in screen. It works very nice, there is no problem but there is whoter in screen. What can I do?
Super, nobody knows something
Hi,
Only leaving it 2 hours before bumping isn't going to encourage people to help!
Is it water underneath the screen, or water between your protector and your screen?
Is the water black or colourless?

Thank you. There is someone, who hears me I think underneath the screen, on the film. because fingertip screen works perfect. Everything works perfect but there is black water colour.
What do you think? What can it be?
If it is black, then it could be the screen had broken, or take a look here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=635447
It is black but mine isn't look like it. When backlight is white, you can understand. In there you can understand device is closed
Had this on my HD when I did it. The spray has seeped trough the screen suround and caught under the glass. I popped the battery out and put it on the radiator overnight (wrapped in a T towel) and it went away. Not sure if that trick will work on the HD2 as the screen is glass on the HD2, and plastic on the HD. Worth a try though.
However, wont use the protectors any more
please post picture. maybe it will help people who got same problem like u before notice it and help u out. last time,my hd spoil because of invisible shield. i spray too much.then water entering my device, and i cant on.wait after 3month also no used.then i buy hd2

I've got my shiny HD2 and i've fallen in love!
But after 4 days of owning i tripped today and my worst fear the screen crack!!! and its huge the screen is covered in 70% cracks. tho it still works but its hard to make out the keyboard in some areas
before all the posts about how to repair i used the search and am aware how to replace and purchase a replacement im looking at £32 on ebay and a few hours of time one weekend...
But now my question in my search for answers i've seen lots and i mean lots of info on this, is the screen the phones achilles heel. is there away to prevent this from happening. eg a good screen protector to help with the stress of dropping all falling!! would gel cases make a difference?
Basicly can i prevent this from happening in the future?
Regards
Wappy
cause you can prevent it, dont drop it!!lol, silcone case helps, ive dropped mine a few times and from height, just has to catch it at the wrong angle and it will go!

wondered how many posts it would be till some one said dont drop it lol
what i feared!.. is there a neck chain or a chain attachment available to i could attach it to my jeans so if it did drop it would only end up by my knee? but there is no hole attachment for it again meaning i have to hold it meaning my little fingers might drop it
Ahh MY old TYTNII I could throw it at people and it still worked lol, but im guessing bigger glass screen = more fragile!
Yeah, it sucks...this happened to my wifes phone like 3 months ago. It had a protector, but apparently a little rock on the floor hit the bottom part of the screen. $125 for a new phone.

the screen, for the size it quite tough, but it is glass!I had a LG BL40, dropped it after a week, chucked it in the bin and got this...apart from a couple of scratches, no cracks!!
well this is the damage to mine!
and with it still working
i've orded a gel case and a Vikuiti screen protector and hopefully that might help for the next screen
hey guys, i succesfully changed my housing, after the scary task of removing the touch module, and then glueing it onto the next one, and letting it sit for 24 hours, its working flawlessly, here is some pics excuse the bad quality, was taken with my iPod touch

Per schematics I looked at a while ago, and pictures I've seen, I think that the digitizer and the glass are bonded together. He probably just replaced the glass and digitizer at the same time.

That is not cheap solution digitizer cost money! Why replace it if it works?
This just has to be bullcrap!?
........ How?
Any ideas on how to protect the space between the screen and front edge of this awesome phone?
The gel case from sprint doesn't cover this gap, and there doesn't seem to be many cases out yet to fit the NS4g.
Is this even something to be concerned with?
Sent from my Nexus S 4G using XDA App
ive never had an issues with sides usually can just blow and what ever if anything gets in between usually comes out.
And the screen is fused to the touch glass with adhesive no dust is getting between screen so no worries

The dust gets in the exact same place you referenced with me too, and I always get panicky, but I find that if I try to remove it myself, it just ends up worse somehow. They just seem to dissapear after some time in my pocket though. I'll check a few hours later, and bam, the dust isn't there anymore.

Things are supposed to appear on your phone's screen. If nothing appeared on your screen, that would be a problem.
yeah sorry but i would need a little better understanding of the question to help you out. what appeared on your screen? whats causing you problems?

Yeah, but what looks like WET SPOTS are NOT supposed to be there. Looks like some sort of screen damage. Do those spots go away when the screen changes?
are you talking about those hazy thingies?
Have you exposed your phone to a place with rapid ambient temperature/humidity change? this might be water under the glass?
or it could be a protector screen gone bad?
you need to be more specific otherwise because there seems nothing wrong beside that.

Looks like it might be the screen protector. At least he should hope that it's only the screen protector. If not, hope he has $$$ or $ and a steady hand.

or just try an hairdryer at low temp for a bit
now seriously, if that's just humidity under the glass, leave it off for two days with the battery cover open, best case scenario all of it will be gone without any sigh it was there.
if it is water try opening it up .. and putting it in a bag rice for a day or two ..
Well, I fell snowboarding the other day with my phone in a chest pocket. I caught an edge and sandwiched my hand between my body and some ice. Needless to say I broke my hand and completely bent my phone but miraculously my screen didn't break, so at least I have that going for me which is nice.
Kind of sucks because HTCS 6 month manufacturing warranty only covers cracked screens, fml
Here are some pictures, I figured somewhere here might enjoy this.

Hope you have a speedy recovery!
Htc One wave (tm)
On a serious note that should be easily fixed just by replacing the case. That is if everything works fine inside
I got pain on the chest by looking at those pictures.
Hope you can fix it soon.
Yeah, ordering a new backside should be the cheapest way. Replacing it is not hard - all you need is a bit of patience and a source of heat. Order the top and bottom of the front aswell, those are bastards to remove and replace properly - other then that it sounds more dramatic then it is.
remove tops and bottom, heat and remove back side (there is guides on youtube/interwebz). The internals and screen is the expensive parts and those should still be allright for you.
Yea I've thought about replacing the case., I was able to bend it slightly back into place which makes it at least fit in the case again.
Everything works, for now. The only problem I've noticed is two bright spots in the center of the screen most likely from something pushing on the backlight. It's only noticable when looking at dark content which I can lI've with.
I must say HTC did a pretty damn good job engineering this phone :good:
if HTC-LG have a baby...this is the HTC G-flex
@popwarfour At least you managed to answer the question. "HTC One M8 - Does it bend?"
Hope your hand recovers okay.
I actually bent mine as well somehow and I sent it into htc for repair, they fixed it and didn't charge me anything for it. I can't even tell it was even bent. Mine was not as severe as that though.
