Hey guys I have a weird request for someone thats better with PS then I.
I would like a bootscreen for my MT3G.
But What i'm seeing are Ninja Androids(with the My logo on them) bouncing around the screen with the HTC logo in the middle. and the background being green like the default Mytouch splash(or white)
I would do It myself but I'm lucky just to do CS4 Zombies that look like a Eight year old did them.
I mean the attached image took me like 15-20 min in PSP9please wait 2 seconds for an uncompressed image, or press Ctrl+F5 for original quality page
So If its not to awfully hard could someone help me out with the boot screen?

Heylo
In search of the ever-snappier X1 setup, I've noticed that there are two files taking up far too much space in the \Windows folder, one being the startup splash screen (which weighs in at a touch over 2MB) and the Xperia theme, which is a decidedly plump 1.5MB. The Xperia theme, I'd like to replace that with a solid black. Is there any way to do this with code rather than with a black image? I vaguely recall something like this being possible in ye olde XML skins of my 2002 SPV Smartphone. Can the same be done on the X1? If so, how?
Also, the splash screen. That SE logo only adds about a second to the bootup time, but it's a second I'd rather not have to wait. Does anyone know how it can be disabled?
I have unlocked a T-Mobile HD2 and am currently using a cooked ROM (& loving it!!!) but get a little annoyed as when I start the phone up I get a splash screen of a pink/red static circle (a T-Mobile waiting symbol I guess) but don't want it as its UGLY!
Any ideas of how to change the first screen on start up without changing anything else? (choosing no start up animations makes no difference either)
Thanks in advance

WICKED! Thanks mate
hey guys
today i tried to change the boot animation of my Topaz
so i created this gif:
ht tp://dtwow.eu/~gnomus/upload/img/test.gif (remove the space)
i changed all the settings and it ran pretty smooth.
but i wanted the animation to be a bit longer and ended up with this gif:
ht tp://dtwow.eu/~gnomus/test6.gif (remove the space)
after changing the settings again i had following problem:
on booting the animation starts but it stops at frame number 85 (i painted it a bit so you can see it)
after stopping the phone jumps to the windows splashscreen instead of showing the whole animation.
so i opened the gif in the file explorer (on my phone) and had a simmilar problem there. the animation also runs the first 85 frames and then stucks for about a second before it keeps on running.
i also tried this with other gifs with more than 85 frames. same problem again. gifs with 84 frames or less run without any problems.
so my question is if somebody encounters the same problem on his phone or if this is a problem of mine only.
i use the "TESS Prime III WWE" rom
would be happy to get some help
greetings

The animation will only play during bootup, so if the device gets past the boot process the animation stops.
You could speed up the animation to add more screens but 84 is quite a bit.
When ever there are graphical updates on my phone, the colors become weird and look like the picture shown below. Even the boot animation looks like that. My camera doesn't work either and no cellular service.
Hi everyone!
Currently i am using a different look screen from the huawei themes. What i am missing is this nice circle animation when you plug in the usb cable to load your phone (the one where the background blurs and a ring/circle animation shows on the screen, showing the current battery status).
Can anyone tell me how to get this animation with a different lock screen? It looks like this only works with the magazine theme. I know it is nothing dramatic but i like the animation
You can't.
Really? There is no way to edit the lock screen in any way? I don't mind digging deeper and create an own theme for it. Want to learn about creating own themes for longer time.
Well, if not, this is sad, because i hate it that the clock on the magazine-lockscreen is at the bottom instead of top.
