my ipaq 6915 starts and hangs on white screen ??
what is the way to fix it and is there a flashing procedure? I am brand new with such a device.

Just to add that this device doesn't respond to hard reset either. Would a ROM update fix this or is there an easier way to get it working?
ok so i understand that the phone is not bricked and that i must have skipped a step on trying to flash a wing for the first time. it is now stuck on the tmoble boot screen. i read the a thread that said something about a RUU?? i have no idea what an ruu is or where to get it from. Any help will be Greatly appreciated!

I need help. I somehow completly wiped everything off my phone and have nothing. I can't do a recovery, I cant flash anything to it. I'm stuck on fastboot screen, what can I do?
