Not sure why you'd want 3.11 on your diamond, but the video you posted was the "setup". Here's the video of him showing it running on a Diamond.

he is going pretty fast, you should maybe download the youtube video and watch it with vlc in slow motion or something. Alternatively you can just pause the video after every step, do it, then watch the next step etc...

Well thats a idea. I'll try that. As he has mentioned in vid 1. For medium windows users.
Thanks anyway.
ps. I like the music background on the second video...Everytime we TOUCH.
ahhh, goo'ole times..
windows 3.11 was my second windows (3.1 the first), and i'll never forget the 32 bit performance boost from it!

Which settings for videoconvert(bitrate etc.)

Im trying to convert a video so i can watch it on my magic but i cant seem to get it right since the picture is only "updated" every 5th second or so when i watch it on the phone
You'll want the same settings as the iphone, any converter that you would use with the iphone will work. (I use Videora right now)

Do you just do normal mode and leave everything default?
If you up the settings, will it kill the performance?
And if you do up it.. which ones?
I leave it on the standard 3GS settings, H.264 480x320 768kbps Stereo/128kbps
The Magic only displays 480x320, why would you want to up the settings? It wont make it look any better your already maxed out? These setting play perfect, and look really nice.

DLNA

Ok so I tried to do a little research and couldn't come up with much... I think our phones support dlna I'm just curious how to use it and what exactly we can use it for, sorry, I'm kinda noobish on this topic... Any feedback would be greatly appreciated...thank you in advance
Sent from my SCH-I500 using XDA App
It would be used to stream media content (videos, pictures, audio) to DLNA compatible home theater things. Such as displaying videos from your phone on your tv. No idea how it works, or if it even works for us currently.
The stock allshare app is a dlna app, I believe.

THIS. i really wish we had the video out through the 3.5mm jack like the 9000 and a few other GS phones have. its totally screwed up that it was left out.

iMediaShare is an alternative app on the Market... works really well, if not better than AllShare. Both work "automatically" with Samsung wifi TV's which also is pretty cool You just click the available device and the app does the rest.

1080p netflix

This is the new 1080p auto rotate netflix for the 3D, the bottom one works on EVO. NetflixONE red with autorotate
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=14960445&postcount=2011
the red 1080p netflixone version works awesome and looks 100x's better than the stock, market version.
NetFlixONE-HiDef1080p-RedSea-VXXX
Works perfectly on my Stock Rooted Evo 2.3.3 with the latest update. Cannot really see the difference in quality but the auto rotate is the bomb.
Googling for this app I came across a thread in the HD2 sub on this forum that stated "Designed exclusively for the new upscale Android mobile devices with 1.2 MHz processors dual core or higher." Does this actually run on the Evo?

I guess the EVO is upscale android device. I saw that too deep into the thread (which is like 270 pages) but we can safely overclock AOSP and sense 2.2 kernels safely to 1.19 which is pretty close.
To answer your question, it works perfectly
Does anyone know why it keeps telling me "download unsuccessful " every time I try to download any of them?
