Where find a two-way automatic call recording software ?
I have install VITO AudioNote and resco record, they are not working in my niki 100 above, my version is wm 6.1
As i know, most of HTC phones (Including touch dual) can't record phone calls. It's hardware issue

Hi!
Main problem with Windows mobile for me is that VoIP can't work with internal speaker.
Reading threats here I came to conclusion that it is the same problem as inability to record other side in phone conversation.
So, when I saw ICR (in call recorder), I saw a solution to that problem.
As I understood it is originally from HTC touch HD and it was successfully ported to HTC toch Pro and Diamond.
So I tried a few Pro and Diamond versions found on their forums. And, of course, every time I had to hard reset my device because of loss of phone dialer caused by different screen resolutions.
Only in one case I noticed some improvement in call recording, and I didn't manage to open ICR application at all.
Then I saw this two ROMs for Polaris:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=459826
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=472351
They both have ICR implemented. In the first forum there was a cab posted. So I tried that cab.
I couldn't get "start record" in menu with or without established phone call so I used external recorder Vito audionotes touch.
I could record both sides of conversation but sound level was unequal. And I don't mean like two sides had different sound level (which they do because the other side was louder, like recording with bluetooth hands free, which is ok as long as I can hear both sides well), but complete sound level was changing.
VoIP worked different. I could hear a lot in internal speaker, but I had a feeling I hear the same from external speaker, just quietly. That's why I'm not sure from which speaker sound comes any more.
And ICR application just wouldn't start. When I press icon in programs nothing happens.
So, any solution for this problem is welcome.
If you have any idea how to make VoIP work on internal speaker or how to record both sides of conversation just answer to this threat.
It doesn't have to be a solution. Any idea may be good and maybe we can come to solution together.
You're also welcome to share any experience consdering this problem.
Thank you all in advance!
I have
HTC Touch Cruise
original WWE WM6.1 ROM
ROM version: 3.13.405.0 WWE
Radio version: 1.59.42.15
Protocol version:25.85.30.07W
Hi...
I'm using the 3LIT3 V Rom and In Call Recording works fine and the sound level recorded from both side is exactly what I hear...
But with a the original ROM, on a Touch DUAL I had to Install the Opal Dialer before get it to work... in the Touch DUAL after the installation of the Dialer it works fine but my phone windows goes very slow!
I propose to use the 3LIT3 V Rom and if your not satisfied come back to your original WM6.1
I use 3lit v too.
But I can't use ICR.
Could any one tell me how to use ICR?
Thank you

once you are in call you have to have the "start recording" foctional.
in Start -> Programs you can find the recorded files and options to where and in which format save the recorded files.

I was told by the autor of 3LIT3 V Rom that you need Iolite dialer for incall recorder to work.
I tried with opal dialer and it didn't work.
I tried this ICR with C_Shekar WM1.60.21014aCS with opal dialer and olso tried on an Elfin with Onyx 4.2 ROM with opal dialer, it WORKS in both devices with no problem. Hope this is usefull for you.
when you say it work do you mean you have start recordin menu when conversaton starts or you can open ICR program and change some settings?
Having start record would be nice, but only that is not crucial to me. Can you post a link to opal canvas whit which this ICR works.
Can somebody post a link to Iolite dialer whit which this ICR should work.
Is there a way to delete original dialer. Because in case I install one of these and decide to use it permanently I would have three dialers installed (one original windows, one original touch cruise, and the one I use).
Did anybody try Voip (fring, skype, SIP ...) with working ICR installed? Which speaker does sound come from?
What options are there in this ICR program?
Thank you all no your answers!

Only two: where to write the recordings (memory or storage card), and in what format (wav or amr). Both wav and amr are 8 kHz 16-bit mono, so quality is rather poor.
Hi, i'm using m-amine 2 with opal dialer.
I installed in call recorder cab founded here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=3277318&highlight=recorder#post3277318
Now i can see "start recording" under menu during the conversation, but if i tap it nothing happens.
When i open icr under programs, no calls was recorded and i can't change the options (no selectable menu appear).
Which is the correct way to make icr fully working?
I installed opal phone canvas and in call recorder. These are results.
-I can't open ICR in programs. When I press on icon nothing happens.
-When having acitve conversation I do have start record in menu. And I can record conversation. Conversation is saved in My Documents/recording.
The other side can be heard but quietly.
-When using VoIP (fring) sound comes from external speaker. If I enable earpiece sound comes from both speakers, but louder from internal.
- !!!And one big problem. Phone doesn't ring neither vibrate.
I couldn't find Iolite dialer cab so if anybody has it please can you post it or provide link?
Any idea how to make this work with original ROM?
You don't need InCallRecorder to record conversations. Only requirements are having an OS build with AKU of 1.4 or higher, as the newer cprog.exe adds this option.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\AudioRecording]
"Enabled"=dword:00000001
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Voice]
"EnableCallRecordMenuItem"=dword:00000001
"AllowInCallRecording"=dword:00000001
When in call, you'll see a Record/Stop Recording option in your Menu softkey. It'll save the recording to /My Documents/Notes as a .wav file, with the following naming convention: YY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS.wav
@chavobravo
Thank you very much for explanation.
Can I just install new cprog.exe?
Can I add AKU 1.4 to original ROM or is it neccessary to find ROM already having that build.
Do you know does this somehow affect problem having VoIP only on external speaker?
Or do you maybe have any solution for that?
BTW I flashed your 3LIT3 VI FULL ROM to try ICR. And ROM is really good. It seems faster than original. Only I like cube more (at least until I get used to manilla) because of beeing able to call it from any program.
It seems the only difference between your ROM and my original ROM with your in call recorder.cab is that in your rom I can open in call recorder program and there is start record in menu. But recording with Vito audio notes and VoIP (Fring) seems to act the same way.
For those (like I) who had no luck with the above registry recipe, or otherwise found that the other side is recorded inaudibly, here's a very simple app (sources included) I wrote for myself.
It runs in background and records all incoming and outgoing calls thru the ICR, and should work with any bios/acu/dialer/etc provided that the ICR cab mentioned in this thread is installed. The app itself requires no installation, and uses the ICR settings for the recoring format and dir.
No warranties etc etc, the app may contain as many bugs as possibly may happen to be found in 200 lines of code, please correct them and use the code at your pleasure, you've got the sources anyway. Hopefully somebody will write something more user-friendly based on it.
is this can useing on the SE X1?

Are these options suppossed to be in a Jade? After browsing with Regedit, I just can't find them:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\AudioRecording]
AudioRecording does not exist...
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Voice]
Voice does not exist...
Do I have to create them?
Thanks!
How to set icr to auto record any call ?
Tanks
I love incall recorder, I wish everyone would put it in their roms once this is worked out.
It is just too convient of a feature. Some of us have to do work on the cell phones, and it is just to dang convient to hit this and keep going.
I am wanting to upgrade to 6.5, but i want this feature. And just looking at 6.5 now. Wil this work in 6.5? Can i use the link above to get the cab, and then do i need a specific dialer for it?
Default InCall Recorder and 2-Way Record Patch
See this Link
And for the cab file the correct link is here

I also have the Dutch version of the TP2, I've tried the HTC Voice Recorder:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=346298
but sadly it doesn't work for me. It installs perfectly but when you start it, nothing happens. Well, at least I don't know something is happening, maybe it's already recording everything.
Have a look here:

From Your Computer
Download the installer to your computer, and follow the instructions.
on the download page you get instructions

i am not sure, if i broke some rules, or ....
voice recorder
Have been looking for something similar myself adn was directed to noteM elsewhere on this forum.
But then I realised afterwards that there is already a notes app included with the TP2.
As default this is set for written notes but in the menu you can enable a voice recorder function as well.
You don't haave the extra functionality of choosing the recording format etc but the basic app is there for you to use.

Hi, according to all you, is there an app that increases the sound quality (not only volume) but above all bass for our Neotouch? For example, for HTC devices there is SRS WOW HD (i tried to install it but later audio and bluetooth stopped working even if i followed the instructions about modify "olddriver" in registry........, fortunately i unistalled and all come back working)? Is there a similar app for our device?
Thank you very much (and sorry for my bad english)
PS: a small curiosity: which virtual java machine do you use on Acer, if you use one?
1. It's not for HTC devices, it's just an application...
2. There're several packages that do ... huh, partially work... But there're sleep issues on S200.
3. It's a matter of personal preference, whether to count this application as 'quality enhancer', but as for me, it's a sound distortion crapware... I would rather prefer better HF spectre...
As for Java, I use some modded jbed dated back to 2008, but the only java application I use is Opera Mini...
I'm interested too for a srs cab with no wake up issue on the acer s200 or another equalizer, if anyone found something...?
Too interests wow hd for acer s200...
It works for me perfectly, but the small animal if falls asleep, all will not wake up (...
Output while the such: I include before music listening (in customisations srs wow, I put a daw to use the driver), I include a player, I listen (it is possible to disable easy through a player the screen, the small animal will not fall asleep)... After listening, in options I switch off wow hd, not conveniently, but the sound is worthy of it...
All hope of the guru which can customise somehow wow hd under ours acer)
Excuse for bad English
I found that, its not very usuable but better than nothing
you will see a menu on the app wich show you "pcm session", that works only with it

Too it is not bad possible to twist a sound (and it becomes loud also basses), but not all toddlers are displayed, on it it is heavy to customise a sound (more precisely normally not to customise in general) and as I have understood customisations are not saved
Update:
Has added eq in programs, through Gravity Sensor has customised, now it is possible to twist also all it is visible in landscape a mode)
sorry for my bad english (

Can subj record 2-way (incoming+outgoing) conversation during phonecall? HTC HD2 - can NOT (need solution)! What about Omnia II?
try Resco Audio Recorder. i have v4.62 and its works
No need for any additional software. During conversation look at the screen and there is option "record". Just press and it records outgoing and incoming voice.
Vito Audio Notes is a great application for that also, and it records in mp3 format already...
good luck

I think it is PROCESSOR issue, not BRAND. I had Acer S200 - NO 2 way! I asked users of Toshiba TG01 - NO 2 way! Registry keys are VERY different in devices. I think, reg changes are for drivers, which are for processors. If processor CAN do it - everythink OK, if not -
What we find out with Hacked Sence ROM? Drivers 100% are OmniaII-drivers, changed only VISUAL EFFECTS.
The only way I think we can do - try to use driver (i think it is wavedev.dll) from, for example, TouchProII. But I don't know, how to take it from TPII and put it to our HD2. I asked people about it, and they said, that this dll is device-related and it will not work on another device. But we can try anywhere.
Sorry my English
