Clock Question - HD2 General

I am trying to have the analog and digital clocks on my screen. The analog shows up fine, but i cannot get the digital to show up it only gives me the stock digital clock. Am I doing something wrong?

Install co0kie Home Tab

After installation, soft reset then when HTC Sense is launched, click on Menu (bottom right hand corner). Select "Edit Home Layout", press any area near to the clock, navigate to desire analog and digital clock layout, click "Done" (bottom left hand corner).

Change clock display format

For some reason my clock on the main screen (top right) has changed from digital to analogue. I didn't change anything so either it was by accident or it somehow changed on its own. What's even weirder, when I press the on button for it to wake up from standby, sometimes the clock is back to digital, but only for a few seconds and then it's analogue again. Any idea where I can change this? Couldn't find anything in settings. Thanks.
Tap and hold on the clock. You will then be presented with your choice of Analog or Digital.
Thanks! Should have figured that one out...

6.5 home menu question/idea??

Been having fun with 6.5 after getting it loaded up, the home screen is great. I kind of think the start menu has something to be desired, big icons that scroll up and down. Well got me thinking, is there a plug-in out there, for the home screen that when flicked right or left, would move the whole "main" home menu off screen and bring up a new menu(slides in from the approate direction?). Run up and down with in that new menu, then flick again (right or left) and get yet another new menu, all of these additional menu sets either preset or set up by the user. To get back to the home screen, maybe a soft Home key or just wait a few seconds and the software shifts back to Home?
Something to ponder, talk amongst your selves.

Thats a great idea, although not really suited for me and it would be extremely annoying to an extent. Because when you scroll with your thumb up/down you move slightly to the left or right.. that would trigger it and annoy most if not all people.
I'm sure a range of some kind could be set up that would recognize what's meant to be up-down Vs. left-right. Already see it with most of the fields on the home screen. I just saw it as a way to keep the start menu programs "in theme" while not extending the home screen to some crazy length.
i was thinking the same thing.. for the start menu i think it can be done since ifonz and iphone today are similar to this type of a menu. It would be pretty useful or another option would be to get rid of the bouncy option and instead when u scroll the other way, it should show the icons from the bottom of the list.
what do u think?

[APP] HaaliReader for touch screen

I'm big fan of HaaliReader, but I don't like how it behaves on my Touch Pro2.
So I have created a build for touch screen control.
May be someone will appreciate...
Changes compared to the original:
Sweep finger up and down to scroll pages
Sweep finger left right to move among chapters/sections
Tap long to popup menu
Doubleclick to activate full creen
Dictionary - the search is from the popup menu
Dictionary - when active, left or right sweep will return to the previous position
FullScreen mode - tapping right bottom corner performs page down
FullScreen mode - tapping right top corner will quit full screen
I must just note, that I'm really not a C++ or WM developer. It was just my try and tested only on my phones. Any feedback is appreciated.
Seems to work fine on the Fuze - cool app.

Click to collapse
Figured it out
1) Tap the bar under the clock to set the city.
2) Tap the menu key.
3) Tap Set DST (bottom right corner, picture of a sun).
4) Tap your city name at the top of the screen and you will see an orange sun appear next to it when DST is on and tapping it again removes it.
5) Tap Done and then tap the Back key.

[Q] "Expanded desktop" shrink my desktop!

Hi,
I'm using cm11 of 28/7.
I toggled "expanded desktop" from the power menu, and after disabling it, my desktop active area shrink! (see attachment)
I just can't put any icon on the top line (which i could before), and also i think the little dots which show the current desktop screen are not at their original position (maybe they where at the bottom? can't remember).
I tried "clear data" of Trebucht, but no success..
Dror
edit:
ok, top line problem was because "search bar" was "on"
but bottom line problem is still there, I think there is too much space between the dock line and the desktop
?
