The version in Novembre's v 3 rom appears to only do word completion in XT9, does anyone have the correct version....

Previously using 2nd hand 02mini, it come with chinese input version...
I had just got my very new Atom, reliase it can't read or input chinese..
Anyone know why it does not support chinese?
Anyway to install to view & input chinese ?
You'll have to flash it with a Chinese rom. OR else you have to download a chinese input method that is like a plugin for english ROM. However, I haven't got any working so far.

Just install CE Star 2.8 for WM5, from it you can input and read CHT or CHS. It works well With Atom.
CE STAR is a Chinese plug-in ,it can display Chinese.
i think the best way is to update your Rom to CHS or CHT rom.

Here you are the instructions which copy from others forums.
1、解压后找到以下两个包（取自己所需）
- System Big5.cab 繁中用
- System GBK.cab 简体用
安装好后，不要做任何动作，接着安装输入法包（下面的包喜欢哪个选哪个吧，呵呵）
本包包含的输入法
- Zhuyin注音.cab
- Pinyin拼音.cab
- ChaJei倉頡.cab
- Jianyi速成.cab
- Yuepin粵拼.cab
- Penpower蒙恬Big5.cab
- Penpower蒙恬GBK.cab
2、输入法安装完成后，
到 Start -> Programs -> CE-Star -> 按 Install 点OK后自动 Reset , 安裝便完成.
I just upgraded by Touch Cruise to WM6.1, ROM version 3.18.457.0 WWE.
After the upgrade my Touch Keyboard and Keypad has gone from the list of input options. I have been using the Touch Keyboard for all this time on WM6.0.
I have looked through the forum but have not come across anything similar.

download the WWE version and reflash your phone. touch keyboard and keypad are in this rom.
Just download the HTC Touch Keyboard + Keypad.cab from the below link & install & voila!!!

Got official confirmation from HTC that the touch keypad/keyboard has not been included in the Singapore WM6.1 ROM.
So I took the easier option of just installing the .cab file - it worked.

I'm looking for a .CAB of a newer version stock HTC keyboard (EZinput) on the WM6.1 ROM version which is stable and bugfree.
I installed the topaz keyboard from here:

but it keeps bugging out with half the keyboard disappearing, the bottom half being black! this is only fixed by deselecting the keyboard then selecting it again!

Nevermind, I ended up installing Dutty's 3.9 WM6.1 ROM from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=507372
It works great! Excellent fast stable rom, except the new ezinput no longer allows you to highlight text and copy it, thats my only annoyance.
I am the lucky owner of a HTC HD2 phone (Norwegian OS and Norwegian HTC Sense). Bought in Norway in January 2010.
The problem: when I receive a SMS a window pops up with the received message (notification). The window only shows a large number of squares and the name of the sender. It looks like the language interpretation is wrong for this popup.
The language setting for the HTC Sense is 1044 (Norwegian). All other dialogs and notifications works ok. The SMS update is installed. ROM in phone: 1.48.409.1 (71294) NOR, Manila version 2.5.19211619.0.
Any ideas?

In what menu? Where in system?

I have the same problem, a lot of squares in stead of text.
And I have installed the latest ROM.
Think I can rember having this error on an older HTC Pro2 also, but do not rember how to fix.
Talked to HTC Norway today, they adviced to hard reset phone. Have done that, same result.
Anyone having a solution/fix?

I got the norwegian setup aswell, with the latest ROM. I don't get any other SMS notification than the peep and the small icon in the top line "taskbar". Shouldn't it be some larger on-screen notification?

the following dialog from Umts/GSM is empty. (settings-personal-telephon)
in 21663 everything was ok !
anyone have a solution for this
the changelog to 21663 build was only
- comm manager 2.10
- endykey 3.6
- htc menu loader v1.41
now here is the picture with the missing dialog...
i use german files from build 23563 for the htc touch diamond 1
base on lates leo firmware 3.04

I have also run the 21667 Version on my Blackstone. I also have the german lang files from the 23563.
I doesn't have the Problem. All is fine. I use the Windows comm-manager, have running endkey, but no htc menu loader.
