I went to the website and am unable to view it. It goes to a bigdaddy portal. Is it still available?

How do I get my defy to always display websites in desktop format? I want desktop to be my default settings so that all sites load this way and never realize that I am surfing the web from a mobile phone. I am using the default browser and do not want to (and should not have to) download a new browser.
What I did: I went into my browser, went to about:debug, went to UA string, and changed my option to desktop. However, most pages still load the mobile sites.
Does anyone know how to fix this? My phone is rooted.
Also, I have a tmobile bookmark and it is displaying as locked. How would I unlock and delete this bookmark?

Here's what I tried. Open browser, go to settings > advanced > user agent and selected Desktop. I then opened a website which has an android app but it opened up the website instead of redirecting me to get the app. I then changed the setting back to Android, restarted the browser and tried the site again and this time it took me to the app page. I'm using quarx CM9 on red lens defy.

I do not have an option in settings for "advanced". Are you using a default browser?
Here's a quick guide how to set the browser to show desktop versions of websites. Images are from Honeycomb 3.2.
I'm trying to figure out how to get Android to recognize certain links and offer to launch that particular application. For example, when I click on a Wikipedia link in Chrome, I'll get an offer to go to my Wikipedia app. However, when I click on a link that someone has posted in Facebook, like Soundcloud or Youtube, it goes to the mobile website version of either, which is a little frustrating.
Actually, I noticed that when you go to Youtube's mobile page, sometimes, you then get asked about the Youtube app, which makes the double step even more ridiculous.
I was trying to search for this information online but did not come up with anything. Is this a setting I can configure somewhere or what? Thanks.
So a few days ago I noticed that when I open a new tab (using Google Crome) and go directly to Google.com, I cannot perform a search from there. When I am on the mobile version, a red outline shows inside the search bar area just outside my text. I have tried using desktop version but the website is unresponsive as well. Any thoughts on this?
Hi I purchased the Xperia Overlay firmware for my xperia play, and when I try to follow the instructions on their wiki page (http://www.xperiaoverlay.com/wiki.html) it tells me to download the update center I purchased. So I looked through the files in the firmware I purchased/downloaded, but no update center to be found. I looked all over their site, nothing. I tried contacting them via the support form, gives me an error when submitting. And the link to the forum on their website, does not do anything when you click it. Can anyone help me out here?
Any help to get me started would be appreciated as I'm not terribly impressed with their website.
The overlay update center app should be in you received mails where you got the download link. Two Links should be there one for windows and other for Linux.
I recently saw that the overlay was free for XP. So I went through the purchase process but never received my email with a download link. I even went back and did it a second time. No response. My emails have not been responded to either. Any suggestions? It's not like I paid for the software as it was or still is free. Suggestions?

I have installed a ROM to my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0" LTE -T235. After it booted up i realised whenever i open the internet or download chrome, when i open it, it does not connect to the websites but loading forever.
Any ideas?
Duck Duck GO works.
You can reset network connection. You are using mobile data or WIFI. You can change dns server.
Do you get ip address when you connect to internet.
on browser when you write website name. You can see loading process. What error you get.
I tried using WIFI and Mobile data as well, neither worked. It simply says the page doesn't respond you can either wait or close it. I believe No other errors, only loading forever.
