Last.FM on WM 6.5 - Touch Pro2, Tilt 2 Themes and Apps

Anyone have a Last.FM App working on WM 6.5?

fm pda radio
What you might want to try is called themobilestreamcenter.com. It is a site with every radio station in the usa. Listed by state to state. Just click and and it will open in media player. just look for media player compadible lists. for other player formats to play, download the tcpmp revised player. good luck.

Skyfire browser will make it work for you...
Also, as a side note; I like last.fm due to Xbox integration but man do I love Slacker Radio for WM.

i used to use pocket scrobbler, and it was great...but now use slacker... Hope this helps.http://www.last.fm/group/Pocket+Scrobbler

I use pocket scrobbler.

What is the best MP3 player program?

I am using 40th floor MP3 (free but not available anymore). Sound quality is good, but there is no way to dim the screen during playback, and no way to create playlists.
What other (except for Mediaplayer) programs exist for WM5/Prophet? What are you using? (Bluetooth compatibilty doesn't matter, as I am using Sound cradle)
Mort Player

Windows Media Player
TCMP player
I am using MortPlayer. I think it is the best one.
Ppod, your spv or qtek looks like an ipod.
Still WMP
Windows media player works great for me, I've tried a bunch of other programs.
Still find WMP the best one

Mortplayer, because it is light and functional, plays ogg files and has a large simple display mode.
Personally I like WinamPaq. Guess its because I got used to winamp on the PC.
One note about WMP - it seems to take up more memory then the competition.
Thank you, but...none of them is really good. First of all Windows Media Player doesn't allow to play a selection continuously. MortPlayer has UGLY and unfriendly interface, as all af their (very good) programs. The guy from 40th floor blocks the whole world and sells his program only to US americans.... so there is nothing on the market? Anybody tried Vito player? Is it any good?
I don't use MortPlayer, but like many others it is skinable. You can even create your own skin so I wouldn't dismiss the app just because of looks.
There is the new CorePlayer out, saw review somewhere on this site just yesterday. Not free, but looks nice and plays just about everything. No AVCRP support though...
THE BEST
Simple, versatile and free !!!

yep, nothing beats TCPMP, NOTHING
if you are talking merely about mp3 function, PocketMind PocketMusic is the super ideal solution!
MortPlayer. The default skin looks ugly, but just choose the "Steel" skin, which is very functional, or download one from the site.
Mp3 Player
I Have Tried Almost All Extensively And Finally Settled To "conduits Pocket Player".
best mp3 player
I use gsplayer, good quality and simple. I believe mortplayer uses the gsplayer playback engine but stand to be corrected. I like mortplayer as well but it's too much hassle to use sometimes.

WIFI Radio Player

Hi
Is there an application that lists internet radio stations and their respective url so we can use the media player to play internet radio?
If not I don't mind writing one if people are prepared to help with building up a lists of stations.
Regards
Pete
Pocketplayer
Conduits Pocket Player allows you to search the Shoutcast listing of internet radio stations.

Simplifymedia like streaming Software

Hi all,
I'm looking for a software like simplifymedia for Iphone. That means that I'm looking for a software that permit to listen to music which is stored in my personal computer. It would be great to be able to watch the video too but music is more important.
Somebody has a solution?
No response
I will respond to myself. I found Orb, but the client is a site to be used with IE, and is not very user-friendly. A dedicated application would be better.
Anybody know an other solution?
use Orb with Kinoma... awesome combo!
Kinoma how to start to use it
I downloaded the Kinoma Freeplay (do I need the full version : Kinoma play), I've installed it, and I lunch it, it ask for a product registration. I was thinking that the Freeplay version was free?
What I need to do?
Thanks
Simplify Media?
The closest thing to Simplify Media I've found is didiom for windows mobile or blackberry. didiom.com for more info
Just install Network plugins 1.0
Link http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-download-network-folder-plugin-v1-0.html
Then Map your music folder under Start-> Settings -> connections -> Network plugin
The maped folder will be in something like \network\"Computer Name"\"Music Folder"\
I use Core Player to stream the music

[REQ] Internet Radio Streamer

Hi anyone know of a good open source, free internet radio streamer? the microsoft one is so poor its unreal. I would like to have something a little better.
regards
Hi Aley,
I'm using MORT Player since Years. You only have to find out the steaming URL and edit the Mort Player Internet-Radio List. It's so easy and there are a lot more functions!
I never used WinAmp.
Chears,
Vitkor
Try KinomaFreeplay. Works very well.

I use the free GSPlayer, it handles all my MP3 and OGG streams.
Thanks guys for the great posts, is there a way to import these links/ favs to the players or must i manually go to the folder where i saved them to and copy them from the device to pc and visa versa
Here are some good websites for music:
1. http://www.thestreamcenter.com/pda/
This site is the best of the three and offers more streams than the other two combined so be sure to check this one out first. This site plays the streams in windows media player.
2. http://www.mobtuner.com/
3. http://www.htcradio.com/
These sites work well with GS Player and yes you can save the music streams locations right to your phone to load up quickly with GS Player.
the pandora client works nicely for me. I can post the cab here if you guys cant find it
I vote for GSPlayer. It faster, has less hangups and is easier to use to browse to my radio links folder.
all the above programs are good for streaming radio..... but i've just tried pocketlastfm which works like pandora but you can use it outside of the US. you put in a genre or artist and it continually plays tracks from similar artists/genres...... it's really good!

I´m trying to find the cab for Pandora.
I´ve found one but it seems that it´s not working fine on the Diamond. Some errors on the start screen visual basic lines... I hit ignore and it appears it connected just fine. I managed to get the keyboard out to log me into pandora, and I could see my radio stations, but when tryied to hear to one of them, it hang out on "connecting"...
Can you post your cab here? or can you pm me with the cab?
Thanks.
kick in the $30 and get Kinoma. Totally worth it!
Hi,
Wunder radio. Loads of stations from around the world. Small fee, around £10, perhaps just under.

[REQ] Fully functional Last.FM Player

Hi there, searched everywhere around here, but no success.
Anyone knows a good looking touch friendly player for Windows Mobile?
I only found some very ugly stand-alone apps or scrobbling apps. Best would be a plugin for pocketplayer for example.
Thanks

I stopped using Last.FM because they changed their policies

No more streaming to mobile phones.
