Is anyone aware of a real idiot's explanation of connecting an M600 to a home Wi Fi connection. I have found lots of interesting and what appears to be useful hints and tips but nothing seems to be connecting me
My M600 finds my wireless connection and the status says its available - it just wont connect though

Does your wifi network have WEP or WPA security?
If so you have to use the actual key and not the pass-phrase. Other than that it's pretty straight forward.
Hi Everyone well this has me stumped; : my hp ipaq 6828 connects to my access point ok I can ping locally and to the net and get replies but IE wont display web pages either from my local web server or the net. The error I get is "the page cannot be displayed or downloaded because the connection was lost" . My AP works ok as my wife has a jasjam with the latest roms and wm6 - "thanks guys" and has no problems. However when I use GPRS on the ipaq, IE works fine. The roms are the latest according to HP 1.00.03 wwe and 1.00.01 bl. I am using the HP IPAQ wifi Wireless adapter, DHCP is enabled and I can see the mac address in the wireless table on the AP. did you change it in settings->connections under advantage to use my network rather then my isp ?

Hi Rudegar Thanks Ive found the problem , IT was the proxy setup in the GPRS setting dont know why it wanted to go the the GPRS when using WiFi anyway thanks

Like in header... Is there a chance to connect Notebook through wifi to Wizard and have internet using Wizard GSM connection. I know that better is to use f.e. bluetooth, but I would like to ask if there is a technical possibility? Maybe with new WM6 software? How to do this if there is? Thank you for help and for understanding.

Hi guys I've recently switched from kaiser to polaris, I used to connect to internet through my kaiser with the help of the Internet Sharing option in Command Manager but that option is not there in my Polaris (XDA Orbit 2) . I do not have the wi-fi on my laptop and wanted to connect to wireless network via my HTC TPII.
