From what I know, the Swisscom Magic is a 32B and will therefore never get a Sense UI upgrade. You'll have to install a custom Dream/32B ROM if you want it. Check the Dream forums.

If you want to flash a sense ROM you need to flash a recovery image and an appropriate Sense ROM for 32B Magics.

By reading The ROM Bible, finding a 32b rom, maybe read a little about the rom, download, do a nandroid backup and then flash away.
