FTP over GPRS

Hi,
Hope someone can help with this.
I'm trying to use a program that sends pictures from my XDA mini S to my website by FTP. It works fine by WiFi either connected to my home network or through a hotspot.
I can't get it to establish a connection through GPRS, however - it just times out
I am using the standard O2 mobileweb settings for GPRS

I don't have an answer to your question, but what program are you using? I need a FTP client.

Free INternet

ok i heard that there's a way to get free internet on ur tmobile mda thru using the tzones wap.... wap.voibestream.com ......u get full free internet...BUT does nebody know how to get free internet on other carriers like cingular....plz help and tell me if u know of a way how!!! so instead of using cingular's expensive data plan, i can use a free one!!! THNX

T-Zones - Tytn - HOW????????????

confused: HOW ??????????? to get T-zones working on your Tytn???
My understanding is that Tmo disabled it for smartphones or pda phones.
PLEASE sent me details.
I pay for t-zones but cannot manage to get it on my 8525.

Do you mean T-Mobile UK? If so visit www.t-mobile-favourites.co.uk from Pocket IE on your handset. You will need internet settings ofc, which can be sent using your PC at www.t-mobile.co.uk in support.
If your in the US - then not a clue

I could never get it to work in the USA when I tried (about everything) last May. I gave up on it, since I really don't need it anyhow.

I have been happily browsing the web using the t-mobileweb proxy. It seems to be down today. Anybody else having this issue?

how do you set up your internet for tmobile? I also have it but i have a really hard time setting it up please help me

Man I'm a big dummy! I had 050 as the last 3 digits of the proxy, when it should have been just 50. Everything's running smooth again. I think I set it like that because I was trying to access the t-zones page and followed the directions of t-mobile's wireless configurator.
For some reason I cannot access t-zones. It must need some files installed on my device to display. Oh well, with full internet access, who really needs it?

VOIP on Juno

I have T-Mobile Shadow. I want to configure VOIP line on this phone over WiFi or T-mobile data connection. I am new to windows mobile platform so i don't know much about it. Please Help me on it

voip will not work on t-mobiles internet (EDGE)
wait until 3g comes out then you have free voip calls if they can get it right, works fine on my friends verizon phone

It works great using WIFI, so you don't have to use your minutes when you are at home or school

Can't install the created cab file
I have created the cab file using the _setup.xml with my settings in it but when ever i try to install it on my phone it says "Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate". Do I need to do something extra or am I missing anything?

You should APP unlock your phone.
