Sorry if this is a repost but I want to make sure before I send my phone to T-Mobile tomorrow morning. If I have the correct numbers listed on the flash boot up screen. Please reply ASAP. Thank you
PB81120 HX-B3
SPL-2.10.0000 8G XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(TOUCH) 0x40
Yup, your fine my friend.
Kenichi
Your the MAN!!! Thanks
more important than the rom version is being sure hspl has been removed (assuming you have applied hspl in the past)
to check, enter bootloader and make sure the number by spl ends .0000 and not .hspl
My touch screen decided to take a crap on me. Tmobile is sending me a replacement in the mail which should be here in about 5-7 days.
I just need some help returning the phone back to stock. I already removed ChunkyRom using Task29. Then booted the phone to the bootloader to flash the updated Tmobile rom. Now when I boot this is what the screen shows.
PB81120 SS-B3
SPL-2.08 HSPL 8g XE
0x05
CotullaHSPL 0x40
My dad has the same phone (completely stock) and this is what his shows:
pb8 ss-b3
spl-2.10.0000 8g xe
microP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(Touch) 0x40
So I am not sure. I just dont want tmobile to charge my account. Thank you for the advice. I tried to follow some of the posts already on this amazing forum but I wasnt having any luck. I promise I tried to search!
Yeh I am having the same exact problem...My screen just stopped working out of no where and now I need to revert back to original rom radio and hspl...anyone got a link or instructions?

Download your official stock rom. Extract it to get the nbh file. Rename that nbh to LEOIMG.nbh. Copy it to your SDcard, and flash in bootload mode. This should reverse your HSPL back to spl

This is the part where I am confused. I renamed the file to LEOIMG.nbh but I dont have a clue how to flash it when I am in the bootloader mode.
you not seached for the million and 1 posts about how to return to stock???if its copied right, instead of boot loader it will have LEOIMG to install..search to do it right
Well I formatted my SD card to FAT32 and put the LEOIMG.nbn on the sim card. Boot the phone to the bootloader and it doesn't automatically go to the other screen that is needed to flash the phone.
This is all you have to do..
This is all you have to do:
1. Download HSPL3_PKG, don't ask where, google it!
2. Extract and run as if you were going to flash the HSPL, hit next on first screen, now you get a drop down list, select 2.08.0000 not 2.08.HSPL.
3. Run the program and tarraaaaa.
4. NOw just flash your stock rom the normal way and not from sd since it still didn't work for me after removing HSPL.

Hi, after reading loads of posts on this forum I think I managed to put my phone back to stock as I need to return it to HTC.
I had HSPL with some custom rom.
Here are the details from my phone after removing HSPL and Cusrom ROM:
With volume down:
PB81100HX-BC
SPL-1.42.000 XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(Touch) 0x30
Installed rom
RUU_Leo_HTC_WWE_1.48.405.2_Radio_Signed_15.28.50.07U_2.05.51.05_2_Ship
I will appreciate if anyone can tell me if this is a Stock HD2.
Thanks !

If you have the 3.10 stock ROM then yes that is correct, but if you have the 3.14 stock ROM you need SPL 3.03.0000.
I like the pic for your avatar too by the way.

Yes. All SPL xx.0000 is a stock SPL
T-Macgnolia said that if you have 3.14 rom you need SPL 3.03.0000 to make it a stock version, but mine is SPL-2.10.000 and 3.14 rom, if i return it for warranty exchange are they gonna find out that i hacked it and restored it back?
Thanks

Yea I've mentioned this several times, that the tmous 3.14 doesn't seem to update the spl. Its not a problem because it will run happily on spl 2, unlike regular hd2 which will not run 3.14 on anything less than spl 3.03.

Thanks so much for the info, im new to HTC HD2 hacking and i really appreciate all the infos and help..
I'm sending my HD2 from TMobile back under warranty to HTC.
I flashed the SPL back along with the software, is this what the boot screen should say?
PB81120 HX-B3
SPL-2.08.0000 8G XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(TOUCH) 0x50
I've flashed 3 different HD2's but never thought to write down the stock info.
Thanks!
Yes this is the correct information for tbe original stock ROM. If you have the official update ROM 3.14.531.1 then you need SPL 2.10.0000.
ok, great, thank you!
yea thats right, now just flash the stock rom via sd card to et spl 2.10
Well I've had my HD2 With different android Rom's for about 1 year now I'd say. Recently I've been having a problem where the touchscreen doesn't work at all. Sometimes it works And I can use it Perfectly. I flashed the original Windows 6.5 Rom that I downloaded from the T-mobile website and I wanted to know if that took off HSPL. I want to return it Back Because I have a warranty and I wanted to know if it was ok to return it now. Please Help.
Why don't you just Volumebuttondown and power on and see if HSPL is gone?
I forgot about that. I just did it and it says
PB81120 HX-B3
SPL-2.08.HSPL 8G XE
0x05
0x50
CotullaHSPL
How do I remove HSPL then ?

You need to flash a stock ROM via SD card. This may help, I don't know, or you could also go to MSkip's stickied thread.
By either installing a TMOUS ROM through the sd (rename to LEOIMG.nbh and put on sd then boot) or by using the HSPL package to remove it (install SPL)
Hello. I have allot of problems with my HD2 and i want to send it in for repair but i have flashed it before with a custom rom. I have read in here that when you flash back to an original rom the boot screen goes back to original as well. My boot scree says PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-3.03.000 XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(TOUCH) 0x40
I have the newest stock rom from HTC
Is this original?
Is SPL-3.03.000XE the original SPL?
Thanks in advance
It looks like you are good to go. You have 3.03.0000 SPL which is the latest stock SPL version.
Yes,you're good.
