Add custom tab in touchflo without changing ROM

Is there an app or a tweak I can use to add an additional tab to the touchflo UI? I would like to add another app shortcut tab where I can add shortcuts. I prefer to not change the default ROM. Is there a cab file that can do that?

Yeah hunt for ManillaTodayPlugin (MTP), installed fine for me (but read carefully), although personally I like ROMs where the Start Menu is a scrollable shortcut grid

Home Customizer type app?

Are there somewhere something like the home customizer available for the Rhodium? A single app to change the clocks, slider icons etc etc?

But my 2 cents on themes and such is this: find/make one that you like and stick with it. If you constantly change themes, you're more prone to messing something up and in need of hard resets...

Easiest way to change Wallpaper

Ok I have had it with trying to fight the various methods to change the wallpaper, startmenu background etc. I would like to change the bloody wallpaper and have it consistent on each tf3d tab and on the wm6.5 startmenu etc. Is there no app that can simply change this without building multiple cabs etc.

custom themes and homes

I would like to use some customizable icons and homescreens. But I don't like to use many different apps to load in the background. I know I could use a program like aHome, but I don't like the idea of constantly running background apps.
Now, I'm using a HTC Desire, which runs HTC Sense, besides Sense, it's also loading the app Beautiful Widgets. I would like to customize and change the icons on rom level, so I wouldn't need all kind of different apps to customize everything and therefore using my precious resources.
So, does anyone know what's the best way to customize icons?

I like motoblur only because its fast but i want to change the icons. Is there a way to do this without downloading a launcher?

Several shortcut apps claim to do this. There are manual ways of changing icons too if you prefer that. I use ADW.
