Sorry for the short post but my English is very bad.
Is it possible the HelixLauncher Bottom Bar integrate in HTC Sense?
I love the Sense optic and widgets, i don´t wanna miss it but the bottom bar of Helix with the 4 shortcuts is brilliant. Is there a way to get something else with Sense?
Thx for reading, i hope you understand what i mean
The HelixLauncher and HelixLauncher2 will get you the N1 bottom bar, but it will disable Sense due to Helix being a different launcher.
any possibilities to theme Sense? As i know it's possible on WinMo, can it be done on android?
@ Lavi
you missunderstand me (?? is this word right), i know Helxi Launcher is a sperat launcher but i wont to skin or something else the sense launcher to get the bottom bar from helix in the sense launcher.
I think Naz Abdm know what I will
ah yeah, I slight misread; excuses.
I don't know if it's possible to skin Sense, afaik not. At least; I haven't found anything yet...

That's exactly what I'm after as well. I don't like the bottom bar on Sense, it's too intrusive and has no transparency.
i would like to install some transparency just as in the HD2 sense
Since HTC Sense is some kind of launcher, and the alternative launchers do have an APK-file, it should be possible to customize HTC Sense in one war or another. If you could get the .apk file of the HTC Sense, then you should be able to customize some stuff

you cant edit the xmls of sense as the source is not available so as far as im aware you cant really change much apart from the images. so transparency is an option
I'm somewhat new to the UI customizing and need some help to get the desired effect, here's what i want to do, i want to keep the HTC Sense all contacts page, (only cause the functionality is amazing) the htc video and music player, the htc calender, and the HTC settings page (but for it to be set up like the manila windows settings), but i want the home screen to be the Manila Win6.5 screen. any and all help will be appreciated.

I think you're getting the terms confused a little there (which is understandable with this stuff). Manila is just the name for the behind-the-scenes elements of what you know as Sense, which runs on top of WM.
Unfortunately, all of the items you mentioned there are part of Sense, and while you can turn off most of the other tabs you don't want, you can't turn off the home tab without turning Sense off altogether...and when you do that, you then can't access any of the other Sense functions (vid/music players, calendar, settings, etc).
Okay, so is there and tweaks for WM that allow me to get the functionality like the mentioned features of the sense UI? or any that are better, cause as much as i love the SPB stuff, my dad uses it and i just wanna be different...or are there any tweaks for the sense UI that i can use to get what i want? because i kinda want plain WM homepage, but have the links on the homepage go to the parts of the sense UI? (i'll be happy to clarify anything i just said...

I noticed when I used the standard (titanium windows mobile) when I clicked on a few things they would go to the sence version of it but I dont think you can have both...search for titanium wm 6.5 themes and you might find something you like. Sense and SPB mobile shell are way different. Install this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=625483 in my opinion much nicer than SPB mobile and you can still use all your sense icons...search it on youtube for demos
I do like that one, and i know sense and SPB are real different, my dad uses it but i dont want to. D: BTW i got c0okies home tab that toreone suggested, and I LOVE IT! it gives me the freedom to customize it the way i want it, AND it keeps the functionality and the appearance of HTC sense. I <3 xda...

It's all clear, but that's the thing...aside from the messaging client in this build, there's no way to access the sense modules unless sense is running. And when sense is running, you can't access either the standard WM today screen, or the Titanium home screen (the new version of stock WM UI, also built in to your HD2).
Your next option would probably be to just find a 3rd-party app for each of the functions you mentioned...there's plenty of choices in each category, with the exception of the settings. For those, it's either the stock WM settings, or the sense settings, and it sounds like what you're asking for is kind of a hybrid of the two. Since the WM settings are available at the root of the start menu (if you don't have them there when you turn sense off, that can be added), that would be the easiest way to go with that. To find your options for media players and calendars, just do a search on the whole of the xda forums and you'll find a bunch. I don't know much about the calendar apps, but the most common media players in use around here include:
-nitrogen
-coreplayer/tcpmp
-kinoma
-pocket player
EDIT: in the time it took me to write all that, I see now that you've taken toreone's advice and found the joy of CHT...so it's probably a non-issue now anyways
DELETE: double post
haha! sorry, Is there a way to change the top bar (I forgot what it was called), cause the one that it currently has it a bit to basic for me. xD

It's called the taskbar, and the one at the bottom where the soft buttons are is just called the softkey bar, just fyi
You can change the color and style of both of those with something like what you'll find in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=5807605&postcount=1
Now, if what you want to change is the notification icon set that appears on the taskbar, there's a bunch of different options for that. I personally use and love dinik's anastasia set, found here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=679518
I've also used and liked brian's gfreek edition taskbar set, and the phoenix edition B&W taskbar set, at the links below:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=520547
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=602295
So could i use the taskbar and softkey bar color changer along with the icon sets?

yes, those elements aren't interdependent like that. most any visual part of sense can be changed independently of the others...but not all though
Okay, cool, hmn... is there a tweak that will getrid of the t-mo startup animation but keep the windows one... found!

No problem! That's why this place exists, and also what's so great about it. Just pay it forward when you get the chance someday
hi!
currently i'm using mattc1.6b-build. everything i need seems to be working fine
but the only thing i don't like is the look of the standard sense ui. i mean the grey, bended bottom bar with the buttons for the applauncher, "+" and phone, also the ugly lockscreen
using froyostone before, i know the look can be customized
i use sense because of the htc widgets (stocks, music...), i really like them. the alternative might be using htc widget with standard android, but is this possible?
thank you very much for your answers and tipps
I like motoblur only because its fast but i want to change the icons. Is there a way to do this without downloading a launcher?
Several shortcut apps claim to do this. There are manual ways of changing icons too if you prefer that. I use ADW.
Hey there,
how can i use customized icons for my shortcuts with stock launcher?
I was used to do it with Better Cut on my phone, but it isnt available for the Iconia in the market.
I just want to changesome icons and dont want to install a different launcher.

The easyest way is to use Desktop VisualizeR. Install, than go to Add a Widget, Use the Size u wanne have, than u can get any app u want and any icon u wanna use.
Yip, thnaks for the hint, easy as cake =)
Folder Organizer and Desktop Visualizer where also suggested to me when I asked.
Although I don't use any of them. It would still be nice if there was a way to natively set custom icons.
I do use Circle Launcher and that lets me set a custom icon for the each widget and I have multiple instances of the widget (each with various shortcuts inside) so on that level it sates my need for custom icons.
