I'm not (yet) into the plugin you use, is there a way that you could edit the script so that it will show the weather in the home screen nice and sleek so that it will fit's into your skin ?
And the alarm on /off can it co-operate with pocketalarm ?

Weather for rlToday skins can be found at the rlToday forum (link is on my webpage).
I don't use pocketalarm so I wouldn't know. If Pocketalarm has a setting somewhere in the register, Mortscript could read the register key and know if it's set or not... so then it would be possible to make that co-operate somehow.

Looks very good. But for me as a noob it´s to much work to change everything to wwe (i´m german, but i use wwe-rom. So everything should be the same! ).
But you did a good work at all!

No sadly I accidently deleted my blanc cube icon and right now I'm drowning in work, so absolutely no time to remake the standard button. If I ever find the time, I'll get to that, but now I'm having too many deadlines coming up.

hey focal i took out the strings for the tasks and appointments because i never use them... but ii have my time right in military time but i want it in standard is there anyway to take it out of military? ill submit my revised one later after we fix the time and im working on a new cube for this theme ...oh and i made the length of the skin longer also so it will reach the bottom it was 299 but i extended it to 302 and it fits right to the bottom ~ hope you dont mind the revisions lol but please help me out with the time change... thanks

oh and i forgot to say im increasing the size of the clock and removing the date and the alarm to the right of the clock and i im making the blue part of the background longer to fit the clock.... i have one question what is the name of the coding you did for this because im thinking of going to school for it honestly i love doing this stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

well for an update i have converted the original over to wwe.
i have made a version with a larger clock and the blue gradiant in the background has been extended to fit also i have removed the date and AM,PM and centered the clock in the gradiant.
i have made an original with no appointments and no tasks
and i have made one with a larger clock and extended gradiant, with appointments and task, in wwe and its also avaliable in danish...
alot of work for one night i will post a picture of the large clock minus the appointment and tasks tonight...

[03/09/2008] PocketCM Calendar 0.2 - Finger friendly calendar application

I just release the second shot of PocketCM Calendar.
It doesn't do that much yet, but should allow you to browse through your calendar using your finger, add, edit and delete event.
Lot of things are still to come, and lot of things will change, but as always, I choose to share with you the early version of this application.
Added the opportunity to delete events (stay pressed on an event a menu will appear
Added GSync tool, synchronize Windows Mobile Calendar with Google Calendar (two way, do not support recurence) - this is a separate exe
Bug fixes: people crashing at start should now be able to use it
Synchronize with Google Calendar
Just run GSync.exe
Provide user/pass
Click "start" (or refresh)
The list of calendar should appear, select those you want to synchronize
Hit start, that should be it
If you want to add an event to google calendar, simply create one (using PocketCM Calendar or any other app) and give it the right category

Great!! Along with the google cal sync, could you consider supporting a generic ical import? I have problems trusting google with ALL of my data so I keep my calendar on my own server.

can't run the progie... when I start the app, for a sec or two I can see the month view but immediatly after that program closes it self?!?

but as I'm using the standard WM calendar database, any synching program that work should do the job.

It seems you have an appointment that is bugged or has something special, how many appointment do you have in your calendar? is there something special about them?

Will this application run on WM5. I have a T-mobile MDA with original rom. I have the PocketCM keyboard and contact.

Is there any possibility that you send me your pim.vol (I guess you've a clean one after installing the HTC Stock ROM) ? I'd like to be able to reproduce, but for me it always worked.
Regarding mind reading, let's say I'm also a user

Just made a small donation, which I hope will give my idea a bit more consideration.
Can you please make a floating box, much like you have one the PCMKeyboard, which list the days appointments a you slide your finger over the day.
Secondly, when you tap on the day in the month view, can the app default to adding or editing the appointment.
I dont know if you ever used PalmOS, but their calender had the great feature of letting you add simple appointments directly to the day view.
I feel this is a much more intuitive and useful way to add appointments, and then to click on an edit button to add categories, alarms etc.

Program starts but shut down afther 2 sec. I could see the day view for one sec...

I am sure you are hearing this stuff everywhere but could you consider a scroll wheel for appointment adds?

Okay so basicly it has a
tabslide for updating your status
tabslides for unread tweets*
*cause tweets will only have 140 characters.. it will be possible to show them completely in the tabslide itself.. hovering over means.. it is read

it has a function to show like unread text/email... but than how many unread tweets.
it should have a notification option in the sound/alarms section inside wm6.5 options.. so you can add your own sound/vibrate/mute to it.
and most important.. it should run in backround.. without popping up in the taskmessenger.
it should have options for how many times a day it will update (5 minutes/30 minitues etc)
clickable url's
extra - a sort of extra inprogram window ( this will mean you go out of wm6.5 today ). where you can see all tweets. or at least latest 100 or something
I hope someone can develop this, cause i think personally it will have a big target audience Me myself.. aint a programmer.. would like to, but i simply dont know where to start on it and/or how!

Isn't twitter accessible via standard SMS? I thought most people use twitter in tandem with their built-in SMS system, and since you already have a txt plugin on titanium you should be good to go!
Sure, it would be nice to see the mailboxes kept seperate between tweets and all else, but personally I'd like to see an RSS feed or active tasks (i.e. the PIM tasks) since there is currently no other way to get that on the 6.5 today screen.

so if i use pocketwit on my phone right an send twitts, itll be using my text messages??? i ask cause i dont have an unlimited text plan an dont wanna get burned aka screwed with a huge bill!!!

Not necessarily. I said it CAN be used in tandem with SMS, and it shares many similarities (limited character message size, etc), however that doesn't mean you get charged for each tweet.
I don't know anything about pocketwit, but it may use data instead of SMS.
Most people I know use standard SMS instead of data, especially if they don't own a smartphone.
While I would agree that a twitter plugin is a cool idea (if you sms a lot, your tweets could get lost in the crowd), there are other potential plugins as I already mentioned that currently have no alternative. If it were up to me, I'd like to see those come out first.

gotcha!! but off hand do you know if pocketwit uses data or sms???

ye pocket twit is using data .. you can send tweets by email i believe but of cours that would still be data connection required

It should be possible to build a panel a bit like Shocos Weather panel which comes in two MortScript parts:
1. Settings, stores stuff in the registry like username, password and frequencies of updates, default Twitter app
2. The downloading of the tweet, shouldn't be too hard as it's pretty similar to the weather panel (might need a little work on the avatars), just need the RSS feed [although saying that, I'm not 100% sure you can get a password requested XML file with Mort, damm!].
The only thing that I can't see being possible is the update page, as I'm not aware of any input boxes on the tabs, instead you could have a page showing your status, with clicking on it bringing up a Mort prompt for the new status.

Right now the application features the following:

Post a new message
Post a new message with an attachment (very much beta)
[*] Reply to a friend
[*] Direct Message

* The above three can be done from the same screen. No need to switch over
Delete own's tweets.
Open URLS in the tweet. If there are more than one tweet, tweetce will present the user with a list of URL to click on.
Open only twitpic pictures within the app. For the other image hosting services it will be opened with the user's default browser.
[*]Ability to view your own statuses.
Ability to view friend's timeline
Also reply, message or retweet from this screen
Ability to open a users profile
You are able to view user's basic information
Also, it will tell you if you both are following each other , or only if you are following or if the user is following. According to the status , you can follow or unfollow the user.

You are right but only in American English in British-Canadian English it is still with 'u'

it looks fantastic... much much much better than what I have....
just few pointers:
If we can reduce the gloss/gradient on the buttons a bit.
and if we can use a lighter shade of blue...
everything else (font , the button shape ) looks great.

2) App drawer dock needs more that 2 icons.(say 4, excluding the drawer icon)
+ability to put your own icons in the tray.
3) It needs screen previews.(+pinch to preview)

I really like this, it definately shows its beta(ness) but i think this is going to be nice once it gets polished up and full featured
