Difficultyy Browsing the net throught the preinstall IE

Hi is there anyone out there that can help me solve this problem? my problem is i can connected to wifi but i cant browse through my IE browser which is preinstalled? it goes the same even i cnnect through the GPRS

I had the same problem just add this to your registry on your hermes and there you go!
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]
"UAProf"="http://www.htcmms.com.tw/gen/pu10-2.0xml"
