I was downloading some apps for my g1 and I took off the battery but when I put it back on And turned it on...it was loading and when the android screen comes up it freezes...after that it goes black and stays there any ideas????any tips!?plz. And thank u.....is there a way to reset the g1

u can try to wipe your fone to factory reset. power off your fone, hold home+end. u should see an exclamation point pop up on your screen, open your keyboard on your fone and hit alt+L, then Alt+W to wipe, then reboot. hope dis helps!

My phone won't factory reset.....

I used this method. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476&page=85
I've tried this twice. I think i wiped too much from twrp when i wanted to wipe my phone to install a rom. I was stuck in lg logo screen and used this method. when the phone boots up, my previous rom and settings are intact except i see process "com.android.phone has stopped" followed by bunch of more proccesses that have stopped and it just keep rebooting after i click ok few times on those error messages.
I've used this before and it always installed fresh image. not sure why or how its managed to install my old rom back minus the android processes. I cant do the factory reset from settings either inbetween error messages because the phone reboots too fast.
do you know any other way to factory reset? My phone pretty much loops as soon as the android process has stopped error messages run for about 20 seconds in home screen.
found a solution.
press and hold volume down + power then at LG logo let go of both and press and hold again. at wipe data screen, press power twice and it will boot TWRP/CWM recovery. provided u have it installed

lg g2 stuck in logo

guys yesterday i started to flash the smartphone because i was fed up with the stock rom, after a bit of advice i opted for the clougy g3! starting by rootting the phone and install a recovery (which, however, could start only by phone on) I installed this rom which at first look is great for customization and style and also for speed.
today after making a backup of data of the phone whit titan backup fails to come into the gallery and do not make me choose the settings how to change the soft keys of the home, in both cases, says it has stopped working or something like that so I decided to do a soft reset by wipe date cache and devil in recovery and reboot the phone that it stops on the lg logo and does not go forward! Now I no longer get into recovery because I cant do that by turned off phone and then I'm stuck at the lg logo and I do not know what to do!
looking on the internet I read that to get into recovery I have to hold the power button + down button longer until you will see lg logo and then release them and push again, but doing so takes me to a wild white screen "hard factory reset" plz help fast
The hard reset screen is correct, it won't actually reset the phone but it will send you into recovery. Get to that screen and press the power button a few times to go through it and it should take you into TWRP

Cannot factory reset phone LG G2

A few weeks ago I bricked my phone and this all happened after I installed a software update. My phone is stock android (D802TA), it has been rooted before though if that matters. As i turn the phone on LG logo shows up, straight after that i get text on the top left of the screen saying "boot cerfification verify" and other stuff then goes into a black screen and stays like that until I turn it off.
I made a thread here saying that i didnt want to factory reset it but now that I can't find a solution i decided to try and factory reset it. the thing is when i press on "Yes" to continue the reset it doesn't work, it just restarts my phone.

Weird S7 Edge Problem Blue LED Black Screen

Starting from the beginning: My phone crashed restarted several times and then black screen with blue led. Then I had t wait for the battery to die because none of the home power vol, power vol keys worked. Eventually got it into recovery mode selected wipe cache restarted same problem.
Now the phone even boot into recovery. It just stays on the blue screen saying "Installing system update" . The little recycling loading icon spins a couple times then its just stuck. Resorted to losing everything and installed smart switch and did emergency restore. Flashed a few times still no joy. Took it to shops they charged it turned it on and its reset to factory. Got it running again, only for it to go into a boot loop. Curious if it was actually fixed, i booted into recovery mode same issue and now back to square one. (I did let the battery die and started it up, came to the home screen and it started rebooting again to black screen and blue LED again.)
I do intend on sending it back but I am wondering could be that the recovery partition is corrupted?
