After some weeks of days and nights work i successfully moved in total XIP/OEM/SYS from WM5 to WM6.1 for Mio A701.
It is not for WWE CE OS 5.2.19212 (Build 19212.2.3.0) only, this is may be easy (!?), but in French language and in the official proper way.
It is not possible to write anything else now, except for uploading the following screen shoot:

How can you know the version no. is "1.1"?
It's actually still 1.0.0.7p, but it's been updated already - the one we can download from the official Windows Mobile web site NOW is exactly the same as yours.
windows marketplace says v1.1
the other version on there says v1.0 (1.0.0.7)
The important thing is - any improvement or different from the previous version?
then what difference does it make this version with the previous version? (v1.0.0.7p)
what is a new feature?

Simple reason I would guess ... They updated it but forgot to change the version number within the application.
Can't people take it as granted that if someone says it has been updated and certain problems fixed that IT IS A NEW VERSION ?! - You trust someone to upload a file that you install without question ... What's worse??!!

Last night I set up market place and at the top of the list was facebook 1.1. Refreshes a lot more frequently, allows comments & tags to photos, allows comments to peoples status'.
Not sure what else it can do as have sent my phone off today to be repaired!
Oh and later on, marketplace came up telling me there were two new versions but they were 1.0 and then 1.1 lol.
Fairly certain 1.1 is much better and responsive than 1.0.0.7p

Actually, the version no. shown in Marketplace is often incorrect, e.g. the version of Windows Live shown in Marketplace is 10.8 but it's actually 10.7.0057.0802, a bit newer than the version provided in here(Version: 10.7.0057.0801).
actually, microsoft are testing the software updating function in Marketplace for mobile, so... that version 1.1 is FAKE

Wait a sec. Marketplace is showing 1.1 for 1.007 and 10.8 for 10.70057....? Is it just rounding up the version numbers?
i reckon there is a change besides adding in new language. the change is subtle. i cant tell much because i hardly use it but from what i observed, the phonebook tab in v1.1 allows you to call and text from within the facebook app itself.

There are some very good roms built by PhamQuang over at PDAViet.net which I do not mind monitoring and posting updates for. (Well at least his Blackstone roms were great)
I performed a similar role during my HD stay. There was a bit of a run in with MS over posting of links for these roms and there is a bit of history, so until I get guidance from the moderators on this, we will have to run this thread on the same basis. I will post the details and screenshots of the roms, but in order to get the download links you will either need to register at PDAViet.net (Vietnamese site) or else you will need to request the links from myself via Private Message (PM).

Default Manila will not automatically turn, but it could be to customize the menu if you want to turn the dial your own Manila.
- V22C5 interface and functionality can say exactly the same as V21C5, the difference in basis points instead of OS only, but so V22C5 will run much more stable.
