hard reset doesn't work

Hello, since my BA batteries runnes empty i can't get my BA reset (hard) and when i'm flashing do diffrent WM6 all settings are untuched, Why? Can U tell how can i get this work again, please. Now my BA is very slow, looks like overcharged by data. Regards Jocker01

i think hard and soft reset is different....
hard reset press record+camera/media player+soft reset for 1-2 second...

Can only reach boot screen, how do I hard reset?

I was trying some different Manilla2D stuff on my niki when after a soft reset the device wouldn't start. I get to the boot screen saying "windows mobile" and that's it.
Is there a way to do a hard reset?

But how do i do that? that's the problem. I only know how do do it trough the settings menu and then enter the "1234" thing.
I am using swedish stock rom, if that make any difference.

press the soft reset button with your stylus under the cover next to usb port is tehe soft reset button then press and hold green and red the press the reset button adn it should give u a hard reset screen

hmm in my manual it says press both softkeys and reset... wait till message and then press send.. but ok

Did you try flashing a new ROM... or Hard Reset your device ?

don't know if it's 100% compatible,
I heared that P3300 and P3600 are pretty similar in all but GPS antenna cip..

on either bottom side of screen..
and while keeep those pressed .. insert stylus into the soft reset hole on left side of the device..
once u hv pushed the soft reset button.. keep softkeys pressed untill u get a screen with mmessage regarding hard reset,,
press the green key..

[Q] Is My HTC Touch HD gone for good..

It have been working for some time now, after I had flashed it with a great custom flash from this site...
But last night I forgot to charge it when I got to bed, and after I have charged it in this morning and want to turn it on, it would not boot...

I can't boot the phone to get a connection to Active Sync So Task 29 gives me an ERROR 260

?? I have pressed the little red button with the battery for a few seconds. I did'nt know there was a nother way to do so...

Well.. I succeeded to make a factory reset via volume bottums so I got it back to live !!!

This is the hard reset. When you push the small red button it's called "soft reset"
Have fun, and next time preform task 29 before flashing(it make miracles)
