Confirmed, I'm a Shack employee, we got the memo a couple days ago.
*edit* though I expect it will be a 'pre-order' consisting of the "wireless virtual inventory program" and will probably happen a few days before the official release (if indeed it is May 24). This might not be what most would consider a full blown pre-order. Too early to say.

Why would I do that? He simply posted in the wrong place thinking that Sprint users might be happy to know about this. If we banned every user that posts in the wrong place, about 50% of the member would get banned.

As much as I'd love for that to be true, and for you to be right, I have heard nothing but June 6 from every Sprint rep/insider I know of.

Wow I cut my Xbox teeth on Avalaunch, then started testing for UnleashX. I would love to see some work on the 360 with the way the homebrew community has taken off since the JTAG. From Xbox to Android lol

I have a friend that works for Sprint. He said that the 2.3 update will be installed exclusively by your local rub and tug and it will include a complimentary happy ending. I can't wait!
As a retention supervisor I can officially say that training has taken place for 2.3 on our Evo's, no release date though... Then of course I realized I had just clicked on an engadget link while I was at work
