alerts via bluetooth

i am just curious if there is a way to hear text message alerts through my bluetooth eaarpiece when i am using it

Doesn't voice command do this?

I don't think incoming text messages would be considered incoming calls.
Perhaps there's a 3rd party Bluetooth extension that can do this (like Jetware or BlueCast). I haven't used either one, but perhaps they'll point you where you want to go...

Voice alerts program or package?

Im looking for a program or package that has like actual person that says "new message" or incoming call and all alerts for my eten x500. i searched it but couldnt find nothing. Thanks for any help.

if you don't want to have customized alerts you may easily record your own voice and use as ringtone for sms/calls/appointments ...
about calls etens with voice commander have already a loudspeaking ringtone for calls speaking incoming call and caller's name

assigning ringtones

hi everybody. since i got my Hero I'm facing with a many problems: one is I can't assign ring tones to my contacts. i was trying any ring tone from my music, from zedge download, but useless. in contact details is showing the chosen ring tone, but when is calling it will ring default! any advices? does somebody facing with this problem? there is any possibility to be a hardware issue?

I've had this problem. the contact number has to be in the same format as the hero shows for incoming calls
if you have the # as (xxx)xxx-xxxx then change to xxxxxxxxxx no () no - then it should work. Worked for me.

Hi,
I need Software like when some Called the ring tone ring the name
e-g:- my friend name XYZ i saved in my mobile XYZ. when xyz calling me . my ringtone ring the name "calling xyz"

hi microsoft voice command 1.6.19214 will make u feel like as you want to

(ask) hd2 read out incoming sms

used to be all my windows mobile phone can read out my incoming sms using ms voice command
now i intend to make it on hd2 but it wont make it out, i already did what used to be i did to make it out whole setting in setting (original windows mobile)>personal>voice command and choose to announce via loudspeaker (device speaker) and the option to untick the high priority messages only so normal sms will read out
anybody have a clue??

any news about this? also having the same problems as the OP sms read out and incomming call notification voice on HD2 of MSCV not working.
