Please can you tell me what is in your Blackberry Settings/about/Device Type: ??????????????
If it has the same number or less letters than "HTC-Topaz" please can you (1) tell me what it says and (2) tell me what is your AKU number as detailed in HKLM\System\Versions\Aku ?????????? and (3) which BBConnect version you are using (eg. 4.0.0.106).
The reason I ask is because I want to Hex-Edit my rom as described here: http://www.silentservices.de/HexEdit-ROM-for-BBC.html to get my HTC-Topaz to work too.
