Set up proxy & port settings for WLAN

Hello! I have a problem with WLAN. I couldn't find where to set up my proxy and port settings for WLAN. If I go to the start > settings > conections I can't set up a wireless network, just 3g, bluetooth etc. (but there are settings for proxy), but if I go to start > settings > network cards and then tap Add new there are just options that i need exept those two. Help me please!

App or Shortcut: [Settings -> Connections -> Advanced -> Select Networks]

Hi,
Phone: HTC Touch Diamond (P3700)
OS: WM6.1 Professional
I'm new to the forum, sorry if this had been covered already, I tried to use the search, but couldn't find anything.
Basically, what I'm looking for is an app that allows me to access the Network Management quickly so that I can switch the connection settings from the provider's to My Work Network or another without going through [Start -> Settings -> Connections -> Advanced -> Select Networks] every single time. Or perhaps a way to create a shortcut instead?
I'm looking for this because I need to change it when I'm at home or on the road. At home, where WiFi is available, I always change it to My Work Network on both Internet and private network settings to ensure that I'm not connecting through my provider. And when I'm on road, I'd change it back to my provider's settings so that I can access their free websites.
Thanks.
Ok, after some more research, so far the closest thing I found is making a shortcut to Windows\remnet.exe.

How to turn off data but keep MMS

Ok. Now for everybody who keeps getting crazy charges for their phone for data charges when all they really use is MMS, this short guide is your friend. This assumes you have a CDMA phone (idk about GSM right now) and Arcsoft MMS. This was tested on an Alltel ROM and seems to work great. I am not responsible for any additional charges that you may receive but I did work as hard as possible to create a carrier foolproof solution. If you do not care about MMS, skip steps 7-10.
Here goes:
1. Install a DCD Carrier cab. It doesn't matter which one. This will allow you to change your Connection settings if you have a carrier like Verizon or Alltel that prevents you from doing so.
2. Soft reset in so the cab will take effect.
3. Go to Start -> Settings -> Connections -> Connections -> Advanced -> Select Networks
4. Change the first drop-down box to 'My Work Network' or another blank connection.
5. Press OK twice and soft reset.
6. Go back to Start -> Settings -> Connections -> Connections -> Advanced -> Select Networks and verify that your connection settings have indeed changed.
7. Go to Start -> Programs -> Messaging -> SMS/MMS -> Menu -> MMS Options -> Servers
8. Edit the MMSC server you would like to send and receive MMSs on.
9. Go down to 'Connect via:' and select your carrier's connection settings.
10. You're done!!! Enjoy your MMS enabled, no data, less money on your bill phone!!!!
Thanks alot but the best solution is using this program

Please read if you cannot get data to work of your network!

Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > tap on dot then NAME > TELUS ISP (in my case it's Telus, but chose your own) and it will bring the Edit Access Point menu. Scroll down and chose APN type and chose Internet + mms not just mms.
Enjoy your Note 2 fellas!
Edit: Title should read "Please read if you cannot get data to work on your network" Stupid iPad 3 keyboard...

Mobile data not working

I just purchased YU Yureka. My mobile service provider is Idea, region Maharashtra. I am using single sim. But when i turn on mobile data then that does not activated and not showing any symbol of data on top of mobile screen. What is gprs setting?
Goto settings > mobile networks > access point names > touch the 3 dots (menu) on the right top > reset to default.
Also
Goto settings > sim cards > data connection > touch & select ur sim.
Configure APN manually of not set automatically

Click to collapse
Go to Settings>Mobile Netwroks>Access Points Names> Then click on plus icon on top right and type "internet" (exclude quotes) in APN. Type any Name and save it. Then select this setting. It should work now.
