cupcake versions

I wasn't sure how to search for this so I will just ask.
Q1 - Are all of the current modded versions of 1.5, aside from ADP 1.5, based on a Sapphire port?
Q2 - If they are all based on a port of Sapphire, do they all say Sapphire under model in the 'phone about' menu.
I only ask because I want upgrade to a modded 1.5 build already but I want the model to say T-Mobile G1 like it does now or atleast Dream. I know it is petty but I'm very anal. Thanks in advance.

Only the H builds from Haykuro and the build from TwistedUmbrella have sapphire features.
Dude's is based of the Android Source and ADP and the 1.5H from Haykuro is ADP as well as JF's1.5.

do you happen to know what the dude version says for model?

There are already roms available based on CM6 beta nightly builds. This time around experimental releases are in better shape than most full releases from the past IMHO.

It's just arrived on the g1 forum, so hopefully some kind individual will give us the 32a port soon.

For now, you can use briancrook port for 32A (it comes from nightly builds)

It works but it has a problem with the market, it FC after installing an app.
The rest works like a charm, faster than 2.1

I'm using Pershoot's 576MHz OC kernel/port for 5.0.8 and it works fine.

I encourage someone to correct me if I'm mistaken... but I think that by doing that you just reverted your kernel to an older version.
Is your kernel 2.6.34? If not then you just failed.
It may be running just "fine" but you are still lacking some 2.2 Froyo.

Oh... and I'm going to move this to General because no one is posting a ROM like the OP is requesting. This is for DEVELOPMENT, not Q&A.

You can find it in G1 Rom Development forum. It's 6.0.0 RC1 (Release Candidate)
I'm using it with my 32A (hong kong version) 12 hours ago.... very stable. For 32A port, just follow bcrook88 in Twitter or find it in the G1 thread

What is unrEVOked up to now?

Am i miss reading there site? I though it said it was only for the Evo and Hero? S-on that is
unrevoked forever has been through the following versions:
v1.0: initial release.
v1.1: S-ON, additional radio support for EVO, support for CDMA Hero

Those are just additions besides regular support for DInc and EVO, read their wiki, it answers pretty much everything (and what it doesn't can most likely be found here =).

The Liberated Aria FR series is based upon a leaked world-wide english (WWE) version of the Gratia Froyo 2.2 ROM with HTC Sense.

The rom that was leaked still has the original Sense and not the new version like the Desire Z and Desire HD have. Whether or not that is the rom that will ship on the Gratia is yet to be seen. It's all speculation at this point.

No news yet mate just keep checking this forum,that's all you can do,the latest rumour is they have no wildfire to test on
